Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

The representative from Squeegee Pro was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. The windows looked great. The gutter filter has been working as expected.

We had to wait a month to schedule service. Aside from that everything went fine.

i purchased an Angie special and they contacted me to schedule as soon as it was purchased. they were flexible in setting up a time. There was one person who did the whole job and he did a good job -- but was there much longer than the proposed time.

The tech was early and called me to see if i was available. He was quick and did a good job. He was a little "familiar" (instead if being purely professional) but it didn't bother me. Overall good experience.

Was scheduled for Nov 28. Called a few times that day to say theuy would be late. Then called to say they would have to come the next day. They never came and never called. I bought their service as an Angie'sClub special deal. I now give Angie's Club a zero for this as well!

We were thrilled with the service from Squeegee Pros. Javier was a bit late, but he was coming from a large job and he called to let us know when he would arrive. Javier was friendly and extremely thorough. He took great care throughout our home and our windows looked better than the day we bought the house. Javier did such an excellent job that we will be using Squeegee Pros for gutter cleaning and other services in the future and we have already recommended them to our neighbors. 100% positive.

Pressure washed a very dirty house. Charged a little extra to do the front deck. The only problem was he got the electric box wet and it started smoking and sparking so we had to turn off the electricity. When he finished 4hourstwo later we turned it back on and it still smoked. I had to call an electrician to fix it and it cost $500. I guess it was good to find out there was a problem but I was not happy it cost so much.

The representative arrived on time and introduced himself. We confirmed the windows to be cleaned and he got right to work, was neat and clean. Would definitely use them again.

Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning did what they said they were going to do and they did a good job. The quality of the work was really good.

The technician did a thorough job, the house cleaned up nicely. There was one area I thought needed more attention, and when I called, the technician came back within a couple of days to evaluate it. A very good experience over all. The only improvement I'd recommend is that they hire more technicians. Because of my own schedule, not theirs, I had to move my appointment a couple of times, and each time it was always two weeks or more before they could offer me a new day.

They were prompt and did a great job. They were very professional and took great pains to keep my floors clean while making my windows sparkling clean.

Extremely professional and quick!

Because our lot slopes heavily, we are considered a 3-story house which incurred an additional charge. We discussed it ahead of time and I knew there would be an added charge, which was perfectly fine. Again, the tech called a day ahead and had time to get to our house the day before and was able to complete all the work.

Overall Squeegee Pros did a very good job. They cleaned the windows and wiped the sills of any solution deposited during the job. The person that performed the work was pleasant and professional, taking care to do the job well and not just quickly. My only problem was discovered after the Squeegee Pro rep had left. One (very high) window in my entry was missed completely and I didn't see it in time to ask for it to be cleaned also. The man did ask me to check before he left so I take my portion of responsibility for not noticing the oversight in time. I am certain he would have cleaned it if I had asked. Overall the service was good at a fair price. I would use them again but be careful during my inspection to be certain of any oversights.

Initially I was told two employees would be there for two hours. About 15 minutes before they were suppose to arrive I received a call they were running late with another customer. I could have rescheduled but it was not a big deal, we were going to be home. Only one person arrived but it worked out fine. He was very professional and stayed late until thejob was finished. I felt bad for him because it was a friday night but he did not care and did a great job. The only complaint I have is oil spots from the truck were left on my driveway. Would definitely use again.
