Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

The technician arrived promptly. He got right to work and spent a total of 4 hours performing both services. During his cleaning, it became evident that the outside of the windows, though they tilt in for cleaning, were being cleaned by the same high pressure power washer that had been used to clean our vinyl siding. None of the screens had been removed and the pressure washer was set up to go through the screens to clean the windows. In looking at the results, my husband noticed areas on screens where the black fiberglass threads of the screens had been stripped of paint and were now white in squiggly, snake-like patterns which followed the path of the power washer. When he pointed it out to the technician, he was told it was easily taken care of with spray paint, which we thought was an odd response. Only 4 screens were affected but they were all of the screens on the windows on the front of the house, the most conspicuous. Two windows were overlooked on the outside but, other than those and to be completely honest, the rest of the windows were beautifully cleaned, inside and out. I reported the screen damage to Ashley and she immediately apologized and offered to send the technician back out to complete the 2 overlooked windows and 'fix' the screens. It is obvious she cares about their customer results and I appreciate that. In preparation, we removed the screens and began to wrap the screen frames (they are white) with painter's tape, assuming the screens would be spray painted back to black. With such close proximity to the damage, we now realized 2 of the screens weren't just stripped of color, they had been broken through by the pressure washer, leaving holes in the screens. The other 2 screens, while no holes occurred, had frayed fiberglass threads where stripped to white, leaving them weak and a tiny thread away from holes. Since this didn't happen to any other screens, we determined that rather than come inside and tilt the windows inside to clean them (note the name is 'Squeegee Pros' so we'd assumed squeegees would be used). the technician had reached over our front bushes with the wand of the pressure washer, got too close and did the damage with the high pressure from his machine. In every other window area, he had no bushes in his way and was a reasonable distance away from the windows so as not to cause damage. Because of the damage, I turned down Ashley's offer to 'fix' the screens. We have decided to have all 4 screens rescreened, something we can handle ourselves, to ensure we get back the screens in the condition we had before. I know this is not the service that Squeegee Pros intended or is known to deliver. Unfortunately, their standards were not quite up to par the day our service was performed. While I truly appreciate their immediate willingness to make things better, I am now very wary to have windows cleaned professionally in the future. I wish there was a 'Maybe' choice in the question "Would you use this company/individual again in the future?" Right now, I can't say Yes. Update: Ashley has asked that we send our costs to rescreen our frames to them. The costs will be minimal since we have the tools and just need to purchase the screening and do the work, but it does mean a lot to us that this offer was even made. It is very obvious they are concerned with the quality of their service and want to satisfy their customers. As a result, due to their willingness to do what it takes, I've adjusted my overall rating from a C to a B and changed my No to a Yes to use them again in the future. Though 'Maybe' still would be my real answer, we will consider giving them another try, but this time as a much more informed consumer.

While we were a little concerned the bleach solution they used might be harmful to the plantings, that has not proven to be the case at all. I waited a bit to submit this review to be sure but we have detected no harm to our plants at all, just as their information said. The house vinyl is clean as new and our gutters sparkle.

The technician called prior to arriving and I again asked how much it would cost to do the front eves and porch and he said he would have to measure the entire house and let me know, but he could do the agreed upon 3 sides without measuring. They arrived on time, completed the task and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving.

Promptly showed up...didn't rush through cleaning but was very timely...made suggestions for future services. Shiny clean windows when he left.

We purchased the pressure washing service through Angie's Big Deal on 9 August 2012. I received an email from Ashley at Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning on the 14th of August thanking us for responding to the Big Deal promotion and providing information about scheduling a time for the service. I notified her that due to work and other issues that it would probably be November/December time frame before we could schedule the cleaning. Ashley was excellent to work with and we eventually scheduled the cleaning for 21 December. Ashelywas great to stay in touch with us, and then called on the 20th to remind us that they would be out on the morning of the 21st. Javier (and I hope I am spelling it correctly) called to let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly at 8:00 am. After introductions, he helped us remove the flowers from the front porch that we had forgot to move. While we finished preparing to leave for work, he set up his equipment and started on the front of the house. It was already dark when we got home, so I had to wait until this morning to review the work. I knew the siding needing cleaning (especially the north side where a little mold had developed), but could not believe how clean the house looks now. Javier did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the work. Both Ashley and Javier were a pleasure to work with. We will be glad to have them come in the future.

The pressure washing job was done quickly, efficiently and well. It was done the last part of May. I was very pleased with that work! The house looked great! The window cleaning was done with the Angie's List deal and I wasn't as pleased with the quality of work. Many window seals still had a pollen/dirt residue, evidence that a better wipe down could have been done. It was better than no cleaning at all, but not top quality window cleaning.

I called and received an appointment just a few weeks later. Service was very thorough and I was very happy.

Person (Wesley) arrived on time and started by discussing my expectations. Then he went about completing the job without interruption. There were no questions and all was completed as requested. Very professional job. I continuously checked to see if there were any missed spots and there were none. When finished with the windows, we discussed other services and when I learned that they clean light fixtures, I added on an additional request to clean the light fixture in the entryway that was too high for me to reach. He gave me a price estimate and when I agreed, the ladder came back out and the chandelier was cleaned. It turned out better than I expected on both the windows and the light. I was very pleased with the outcome and will not wait so long to clean the windows in the future now that I know how great a job Squeegee Pros can do.

They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I subsequently used them to do my driveway and concrete pation. Very pleased with the results and will hire again when needed.

The company rep was extremely professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do, how, and how long it would take. He was totally accurate, very efficient and neat. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall the service when very well, the one item that was stressed in the big deal which was gutter cleaning. The finish on our gutters prevented them from cleaning the gutters. They gave quick feedback about what they run into for the gutters which was nice.

Overall, we are very pleased with their service. The technician was punctual and curtious. Didn't use shoe coverup when he first came in to find out which windows are to be cleaned, but when he came back in to start the work, he had his shoes covered the rest of the time. This is the second time we have used Squeegie Pro; we had them pressure wash our house before this window cleaning and more than likely to use them again.

The sign up was seamless. The technician had an earlier opportunity to come the day before and phoned to see if it would be acceptable. He worked diligently and removed the algae on the north side of our home, as well as cleaning the remainder of the home.

Did a great job. The gentlemen that was here was very professional and a very nice guy, too!

They were unprofessional and quick. Most windows were cleaned well but some still had dirty areas. I think this is because the squeegees they use do not get the tough dirty areas very clean.

The technican for Squeegee Pro was just flat out amazing, he arrived on time, quickly analyzed the job and jumped in. He provided the services with a level of professionalism that, I believe is rarely found in this business. He had full run of our house and he treated every area with the respect due. Overall we could not have been more pleased.

Took a while to schedule due to their backlog, but they did a good job. Had additional work quoted, but did not use since they were a bit pricey compared to who I used in the past.

I was very pleased with the technicians who did the actual work. They showed up on time, did a good job, and left everything in good order.I was especially pleased with the house washing - I have lots of trees which contribute to mildew. After the pressure wash everything was sparkling clean. I was also pleased with their office folks who handled scheduling the job.

Both of my experiences with this company have been excellent. They are punctual, professional, and did an excellent job with both of the tasks noted above. There staff at the office when I called has also been very helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and would use their services again in the future.
