Just noticed that there are spots from the soap on our patio chairs that is not really coming off. The house itself (especially our 2 story entrance white wood paneling ) looks so amazing after the wash! I was very pleased with the service and would definitely hire them again.

I had to initiate contact, and service provider was not aware of my purchase, which may have had to do with communication problem between A-List & service provider (similar issue occurred with another service provider a couple of months before when I purchased a different service through A-List Deal). After initial contact, provider did decent job of communicating with me, but scheduling was a bit of an issue, with one change due to weather and another last-minute change when provider asked (about an hour in advance) to perform service 2 days prior to scheduled appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make that adjustment, and I have to say that the quality of the job was excellent--enough so that, despite the glitches, I would hire this company to perform this service again.

+ -1 moreThe technician, Austin, did an excellent job. All screens were removed soap scrubbed and rinsed. All windows were thouroughly cleanded inside and out. A job well done. We purchased the $99 deal through Angies's list, this covered 15 double hung windows. We actually had 10 double hung windows and 5 casement windows. For some reason we could not get all 15 Windows under the deal. The work was still worth what we paid.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning itself and the young man who came to do the job were both excellent. Austin was professional, respectful, and punctual. I can't say the same thing for the office staff. I contacted them to schedule my appointment after I purchased the coupon on AL, and the appointment setter was less than helpful. I had purchased a package for a specific number of windows, but all she asked was the square footage of my home and them quoted me an amount more than 3 times what I had already paid. She never asked the size or number of windows involved. When I reminded her that I had purchased a package for a specific number of windows, she still quoted me the higher amount with no credit for what I had already paid. She then stated that I could ask Angie's List for a refund and pay the full amount for the window cleaning. Once I explained to her that the package was like a contract and they were liable for the number of windows for which I had already paid, we came to an agreement. They actually cleaned fewer windows than I paid for, but I knew that would be the case when I bought the package. Again, Austin did an excellent job, but the office needs some work

We’ve never been so impressed with the job James and Nick did power washing our house and cleaning all the windows inside and out. Very meticulous and thorough. They treated our home like it was theirs. If all of Squeegee Pros’ employees are like these guys, they’ve done a great job in hiring and retaining good people. Based on this performance I will always look to Squeegee Pros for future work. I’ve always been impressed with Squeegee Pros’ work done in the past, but this experience was exceptional. + -1 morePrice was okay; scheduling was okay; I am just disappointed in them advertising one method of cleaning and using a different method. See above.
Description of Work: I am giving an overall "F" without any detailed ratings due to "false advertising." Read on... On 01/20/2017 they cleaned the interior of my gutter. When the cleaining guys arrived I told them I wanted the gutters hand-cleaned from a ladder, and the debris to be bagged without throwing it on the ground. They told me they would clean from a ladder (and not get on the roof), but that their practice was to clean with a leaf-blower. I argued that blowing could cause damage to shingles by lifting and breaking them at the drip-edge where they hang over the gutter. But they insisted it wouldn't cause damage and used a leaf-blower anyway, blowing the debris onto the yard and deck. They cleaned up most of it, but I still had to do some cleaning after they left. I haven't checked to see if any shingles were damaged, but a few days after the cleaning I noticed a piece of fascia board hanging loose. I had to pay $75 for a handy-may to re-attache it. I can't say for sure that they blew the fascia board loose, but I believe they did based on it's location relative to were they were blowing. I say all this to point out my main reason for the overall "F". Today (03/18/2017) I received an email from SqueegeePros advertising there fine services. Here is an excerpt from it about their "gutter cleaning": """Gutters: Many companies will clean the visible gutters, but the downspouts and non-visible gutters are just as important. We also hand clean versus blowing them out. There’s a difference. Afterwards, we will double check that any fallen debris is picked up and your landscape is just as it was when we arrived.""" Note that they say, " We also hand clean versus blowing them out." This is absoutely false based on my experience. I wil not hire them to clean any more gutters.

+ 0 moreThe 2 young men phoned before coming, arrived on time, did their work well and efficiently, and were very polite and personable. This is the second time we have hired Squeegee Pros to do the exterior house wash and the first time we have had them do the windows. We like that their power wash method is gentle enough not to harm the paint, etc., yet thorough enough to truly clean the house. This year we added window washing to the list, and the workers did a similarly good job with that. They did the house wash first, then they removed and cleaned all of the screens and squeegeed each window. Our paint job, gutters, and shrubbery all emerged unharmed, something I can't say about previous companies who have done this work for us. I expect that we will hire Squeegee Pros again next year.

+ -1 moreIt turned out fine. I've used them before, they're good. I had to pay more. It was an additional $158 because we have a big house and we have floor to ceiling windows. I've had them three times and it's always around the same price, around $250. They're pretty comparable to what is charged in the area. Just one person came to complete the service, it took probably two and a half hours. The worker was excellent. I wasn't dissatisfied with anything.

+ 0 moreScheduled to show up between 11:00AM - 1:00PM. They showed up later at 2:00PM. I never received a call to let me know they'd be late. When I mentioned the late arrival to one of the crew he just said the previous job took longer than expected but he never apologized. They got to work immediately with cleaning the gutters first. I asked them to do the windows inside first and they finished up with the outside windows as it was getting dark. They asked me to turn on all my lights inside to better help them see the dirt on the windows. That was all fine but because it was dark out by the time they finished it was difficult to tell if any windows needed touch-ups until the next day. Fortunately the windows cleaning all appeared to be satisfactory. Unfortunately we found several areas where they had spilled their bucket of wash water and left stains on our carpet. They put towels on the floor to catch any drips but these stains were away from the windows indicating the water likely sloshed out of their bucket as they were moving from room to room. We found dirty water marks left on some of the window sills. For what we paid for this service I expect them to be more careful with their work and not leave dirty water residue behind, and certainly not spill water on my carpets. There are lots of other companies offering this service so I will try someone else next time.
