I didn't feel motivated to use this company for future work. I was not there when he did the work. Perhaps if I didn't have a conflict and was able to be there, I may have felt differently about the comments he made about the siding on the house. I don't think he saw me as a potential repeat customer and treated me as such.

They did a great job. They were in and out quickly and we didn’t have any problems with them. We have a two story home and they cleaned both stories. Our home is about 2000 sq. ft. and they did the job when we weren't home.

the service tech Jason Manage was on time and introduced himself and started work. The worked was completed in 2 hours with all debris cleaned up.

The technician showed up on time and was very polite and efficient. I had to leave just a few minutes after the technician arrived to head to work. When I came home that evening I was very upset to smell quite a bit of bleach outside of my house. Our home garden, where we were growing tomatoes, lettuce, beans, peppers, etc. had been very badly damaged by the bleach spray. All of our garden plants were seemingly burned, as well as the grass around the perimeter of the house and the perennial plants growing in our front yard plant bead. Very upset I called the company the next day. The receptionist that answered the phone couldn't tell me what they had used in the spray to cause the damage or give me a manager to talk to. Instead she took down my information and said the 'field manager' would be in contact. I waited until 4:30 pm that day to hear from the manager to no avail. I called back the same receptionist and she informed me she would contact him again. He finally called me to inquire about my problem and I informed him of the damage to our plants and grass. He informed me that yes they do in fact use bleach in their cleaning solution, but it shouldn't have been enough to damage my plants, and that the technician should have covered anything like that with tarps before starting the cleaning. He was very apologetic and said he would try and make it out to our home to see the evidence of damage done, and then would discuss some kind of compensation. I told him i would gladly photograph the damaged plants and email them to him since he made it sound like his schedule was very full and would have trouble finding the time to come out. I emailed him the images of the damaged plants as well as the type and number of plants that were damaged. He never got back to me and never responded to the email. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. And very upset with the way I was personally treated. Will NOT be using them or recommending them again.

Squeegee Pros went beyond my expectations. The deck and front porch were also cleaned. In the past, I would have had to pay additional for those areas.

The short story: a supervisor never came to look at my issues and even though I requested a different person be assigned the rework (hoping for a better standard) they sent the original service provider to check his own work. I am still not sure that those areas I was unable to inspect myself were proper cleaned. I do not believe there was much concern about the loss of credibility the original service provider had caused or any real interest in satisfying the customer. The rest of the story: The Squeegee Pro representative showed up 2 hours late for the initial day of a two day job. He stayed on the job about 1 1/2 hour (cleaned out the gutters) and left stating he did not have any chemical to do the pressure washing. He give me a two hour window for his return the next day. He was an 1 1/2 hour past the window he gave me. He went about his work and in about 2 hours he came to me and said that he did not recommend that he clean the gutters over the deck (it was new and freshly stained), because the chemicals he used would spot the deck. I said it would have been good of the gentleman that did the estimate to have indicated that on the estimate. Other companies didn't seem to have that issue. I relented and we agreed that he would reduce it from the final payment. Shortly after this he came and told me he had finished. After our discussion about the chemicals staining the deck, I became suspicious about the work being done and decided to investigate more closely. I went out a second floor window of my home to examine the gutters that I could get to easily. I found a section on the front of the (not visible from the driveway) that have not been cleaned. When the service provider told me he had finished the job I asked him about this section and requested he take another look at it. He agreed that it had not been cleaned and cleaned that section. He then left me the invoice. Early the next morning, I went back out on the roof to examine other sections of the gutter system. Although there is much of the system I cannot inspected, I quickly a section of gutter that had not had the debris removed. I call the office and spoke to the office manager. I asked about why the estimate did not indicate that the company could clean the gutters over deck because the chemicals would damage the stain. She said she had never heard of this before. I also asked about the standard they had for cleaning out the gutter (to ensure I was not expecting too much). I then explained that I was not happy with the work that was done and that I wanted a supervisor to come and see what my concerns were. I later received a call from their field supervisor and explained the situation to him. The field supervisor said they chemical would not harm the deck and did not understand why I was told that. He said that he would come and look at the issues on Monday, May 26th (the day I was schedule to leave the country for three weeks) prior to me leaving for the airport. He called that morning and said that he could not make it and to call when I returned and they would complete the work. Xavier came out and cleaned the gutters on our 5,000 sf home. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Arrived on time and was gone 1 1/2 hours later.

Just won't work with scheduling and they also don't offer any green products to clean with that are animal and plant safe.

This was a $149.00 Big Deal for pressure washing the house. Once I purchased the deal, it was promptly scheduled. Representative arrived on time. I asked about doing the deck as well. A previous company had asked over $700. I was quoted an additional $90.00. The job was done well. I am completely satisfied and would use this company again.

Service was excellent they called me the day before my appointment and indicated that the tech would be out to my house around 8am. The tech got there before 8am. The only thing I wish they would have worked on my gutters a little more still seems a little dingy. The other part may have been to my misunderstanding but, I was hoping they would have done my drive way as well. That is my fault for not asking. However, overall my wife was satisfied with the work specially when the sun hits our house and it was so CLEAN and PRETTY. Appreciate your work and we will use this company again without hesitation.

They cleaned windows, patio, and did an outstanding job. She is extremely pleased and will use in the future. We will them again next year. Thanks for taking care of my elderly mother and doing such an outstanding job. She is extremely pleased.

Windows looked great and they were careful taking down some window panes that were fragile. We would use them again.

The service was good, but the scheduling was bad. It took three times to actually get the service. The first scheduled appointment I took off work, and they had to reschedule the day of the appointment. The second time he was late, and then the job was not completed. He was having issues with the equipment. Third times a charm! All went well the third time around. He was very personable and polite, and did a great job.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and were able to work with some challenges that come with an old house. I appreciated the care they took and the windows were all cleaned beautifully.

I purchased the wrong big deal and will be on the look out for the big deal I need from this provider.

Bill Rivers arrived on time,started work immediately, not only was he professional and friendly he did a spectacular job on our house. We give him an A+++++ rating and would have him do work for us again.

It went pretty well. They were on time and did good work. No issues! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. There were a few other fees to take off each wooden crosswork piece, but even with that the price was reasonable.

The guys showed up on time and finished within the 2 hour window. House looks great and I appreciate that they did another soap treatment and pressure pass on the front of our house because they determined it needed it and did so without any additional charge. I like that kind of initiative on behalf of the customer's best interests. Would use them again for pressure washing services and am considering additional services with them in the near future.
