Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

They clean windows inside and outside and when inside I didn’t even ask them too....they took their shoes off as a courtesy to jot dirt floors or carpet!

For the power wash on the house I was given a three hour window when they would arrive. They did not arrive during this time so I called the office and found out that they had had a staffing issue that day but someone would be at the house within the next twenty minutes which they were. Friendly, helpful technicians who did a good job.

All went well. The two employees arrived on time and got right to work cleaning windows and screens. Work was completed in a timely and neat manner. This was the second time I used Squeegee Pros, and I would use them again.

Three windows were missed entirely. When I ordered new blinds a few weeks later, this error was discovered and brought to the attention of Squeegee Pros. While trying to schedule them to clean those three windows, plus the windows on the 3-car garage doors, the company president told her admin. to tell me that they WOULD NOT COME BACK because I didn’t find the issue within 3 days. The tech gave two conflicting stories: 1) he said that all if the windows were cleaned. (I can easily prove otherwise). 2) then he said he was “told to skip them”. (There was no deduction for that on my invoice). As a disabled person, I am not able to follow the crew through the entire house and these windows are all beyond my reach and were covered by blinds. I am in a position where I have to trust them to do the job that I paid for. Well my trust has been betrayed. The company did not even offer to look at the heavy film on those windows or offer ANY solution for me before my new blinds are installed.

The two young men were courteous and did a fantastic job. Made sure we were satisfied with their work

Were to arrive between 8:00-10:00 a.m. Arrived a few minutes before 10:00. Work completed in a little over an hour and windows were very clean.

They did not call us to setup a appointment and we tried calling them a number of times and got no answer. We always left a message and no one ever responded. Would never use them and no one else should either.

They were very good. I know that I got a coupon in the mail and I can't remember exactly how much it was for. The guy that did mine, he was very thorough. He did a great job.

Went great. Priced per window - so I assumed they'd do the house, but had to get a quote for window count above the deal. So spent more than I expected, but the job was done very well. I would hire them again.

They were supposed to clean my windows on 8//19 during there predetermined window of 8 to 10 am no one showed or called. I attempted calling them prior to 10 am to inquire where they were and only got a machine. Left a message and got a text at 10:09 that they were en route. Two young guys showed up at 11. I had another appointment at 11:30 and now have to call Monday to reschedule as the young men could not reschedule.

Great. They only sent one person so it took longer than expected but the young man was very polite, courteous, and through. He did a great job!

It went well that I outlined in great detail what needed to be performed on the actual price and the feeling was a little bit higher than agree so I have to submit everything in writing and eventually they agreed to the original price.

Two young inexperienced guys did the best they could. One had only been on the job 2 weeks and the other less than that. I was concerned about their safety as the hung outside the upstairs windows. Looks keep ok when they left, but a week later could notice corners weren't too clean.

Pleasant folks, speedy service. My only criticism is that I had to wait a long time for the service appointment after I booked and paid for the cleaning. I would rather have paid at time of service instead of paying several weeks in advance. This would not keep me from using them again, however: the results were excellent.

It went great! From the start the company communicated well and updated us throughout the entire process. Deaudre and James were very polite, clean cut and took extra care while in our home. They did an excellent job on our windows, they look brand new! They did exactly what they said they would at the price they had quoted. We will have them out again for sure!

Its not rocket science but after five emails and phone calls they said my windows did not meet the criteria for the deal I prepaid for. Rather than telling me how much more I would have to pay, they told me to get a refund from Angies List... this is convenience?
