The crew was great - our gutters were tricky and they did a terrific job getting to every one of them. I'm afraid it was a more difficult job than they anticipated but they stayed until it was done. A few days later they sent a worker out to blow away any remaining debris that had fallen during the cleaning - a very nice surprise.

They did an excellent job. They did a great job in January and they did another two jobs for me the day before yesterday and did another great job. I would use them again. I love them. They're great.

Jason was my service tech today. He arrived right at the scheduled time, introduced himself and, together, we went over the work to be performed. Although he was by himself he proceeded to carry out the work in a logical and professional fashion. First, he pretreated all the concrete and landscape wall areas that were heavily soiled. While the pretreatment solution was working on those areas, he started with cleaning all my outside glass and also removed a few screens to facilitate the process. From inside the house I could see out more clearly already. He then came inside and proceeded to clean all of the inside glass, being very careful not to damage my window film and blinds. I think the inside was more soiled then the outside because when he finished everything popped. He even wiped down the sills and side channels which had accumulated soil. When he was finished he made sure the windows were re-locked and blinds and furniture were put back in their proper place. By now the driveway was ready for his rotary power wash machine which did a very good job of cutting through 8 years of built up dirt, oil stains, algae, moss, mildew and maybe mold, What an improvement to the curb appeal of the home. I'll probably have him back for the driveway alone every year or two. After the rotary machine did all the heavy work, he went back over the walkway and the entire driveway again to rinse the entire surface of all the loose soil and debris that was created and to re-hit on any tough soils that did not completely release. All in all, I found Jason to be out-going, easy to deal with and someone who acted in a professional manner. The price came out to be exactly as quoted by Bill, Squeegee Pros' estimator, which I found to be very competitive with two other service providers. Good experience all around, very satisfied, would use again.

I was very happy with the service provided. Polite, punctual, and professional. Nine months later, the siding still looks clean. They also dealt responsibly with a hornet nest which they discovered between the eaves!

I was surprised at the large amount of soap that was used in washing my house. When the worker was done there were suds all around the house. Within a few days all of my annual plantings were dead. I had been assured that none of my plants would be damaged. Well, that wasn't the case. I think I'll rent a power washer and clean the house myself next time.

My overall experience was positive. The company was responsive and I appreciated the results. I thought the sidewalk in front of the house was included, but was later informed it was not. I'm not dinging the company for it as I should have raised the question before service was provided. Overall, I'm happy with the work performed. It's amazing how bright the concrete surfaces are after a proper cleaning and the rear patio is much improved!
