Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and very thorogh. They even did a particular area by the carport that was screened that he washed as well and did not charge me extra. I am very pleased with them and would use them again.

Did an excellent job. This is my second time using Squeegee Pro for pressure washing and window cleaning. I will certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

I used Angie's Big Deal to have my house pressure washed. I hated to do it, because I actually own a pressure washer... but I just wasn't able to reach the second story. Tiffany arranged the appt. As others have reported, she is a very good communicator and sent a reminder confirming the appointment. The service, performed by Jason, was exactly what I was hoping for. Jason was very professional and the job was finished quickly (less than two hours). I am left with a sparkling house. I would definitely use Squeegee Pros again.

It went very well as the technician was very nice and did a very good job. He was neat and cleaned up well after he finished.

We found this company on Angie's List as a top contractor. I won't use them again. One guy and a truck showed on time. Didn't talk much. He set up his equipment, ladders etc and moved some plants off the front porch. We stayed inside. So everything came out well. We were particularly concerned about how the white trim and eaves were so dingy and they came out great. BUT... within a day or two some of our porch plants ( in pots and hanging baskets) started dying from the bleach solution they used. Then more started dying! So I called the company. No one answered so I left a message. They got back to me later that day and said they should all be fine in a week or so. They weren't, and six weeks later, some still aren't. I didn't like their response of basically "don't worry about it" instead of offering some reimbursement or at least to come back out and look at what happened. Suppose I could whine to them some more but it's not worth the trouble.

I had purchased a big deal for $149. The deal included pressure washing for a home up to 2500 square feet, and as my home is roughly 3000 square feet I incurred an upcharge of roughly $50. The appointment was scheduled less than a week after my purchase/inquiry. In addition to providing email reminders, I also received a phone call the day before and a call while they were on the way. The work looks great, and after they were complete they walked me around the house to confirm it was to my level of satisfaction. Very pleased.

He arrived on time on the promised date. There was good up front communication from Tiffany at the office, to make sure we would be ready for them. They had estimated up to 2 days to do the work, but one guy came over and was able to do all the work in about 8 hours. I wasn't personally there, but my wife said he was a very nice and polite, and did a very nice job (from what I saw, everything looked great).

I added having the driveway washed because I had had a spill and wanted that cleaned. They arrived on time and did the work. They were professional, explained things, and did a very good job on the house. I will use them again.

First I just want to point out that the communication from Tiffany was amazing. She is very responsive over email or phone call. She made sure to remind me of my scheduled appointment in the form of a phone call and an email. The service was performed while I was not home but I will say our house looks amazing. We had a dusty birds nest on our porch for years and now it's gone. I will definitely use squeegee pros again. Thank you!

A+++++!!! We normally pressure wash our ranch style house ourselves but when we found the deal with Squeegee Pros on Angie's List, we decided to give it a try. The scheduling process was very simple and smooth. The technician (Jason Amante) was supposed to be at our house around 8am but got caught up in traffic (not his fault) and was very nice in calling to let us know he was running behind. From the time he arrived at our house until he left, he was there for 2 hours (normally took us ALL day!). He did a wonderful job of cleaning the entire exterior of our home. He even went back and blew everything off for us, including our deck!!! I cannot say enough good things about the great job that Jason did! We are very pleased and will definitely use your service in the future!

Jason Amante came to clean our house. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and let me know what to expect. He thoroughly washed our house and left it in great shape. We are very pleased and will use this company in the future.

Jason arrived at my house on time and explained the entire process. It took him roughly 90 minutes to complete the job. I will be using them every year going forward to clean out my gutters

When they did get here. There was a lot of telephone time between the tech and his supervisor. They checked the gutters in a location (one) and determined that cleaning was not required and that the gutter guards installed on this house were the cause of the issue. I asked if they installed guards and they said no. The following day I had a meeting with a salesman from a gutter guard company and had bought and arranged for removal of the old guards and install of the new. I got a call from squeegee pros and the office informed me that they did in fact install gutter guards that the tech was wrong at which time I informed them that it was too late,, I was already under contract with another supplier. I did not ask for a refund and non was voluntarily returned by Sgueegee Pros but it would seem fair that some form of refund would be provided.

Single-man crew, called to say he would be 15-20 minutes late due to GPS being unable to find my address. Once he arrived, he was VERY friendly and got right to work. Worked virtually non-stop from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and was apologetic that the job took longer than he had budgeted (no increase in price). He did a great job, everything was spotless and all debris from the gutters was cleaned up and disposed of. I would absolutely recommend them again.

Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning came and pressure washed our entire exterior of the house. They were able to remove most of the dirt, mildew, etc. and everything looked great. Highly recommended.

They did a good job communicating and showed up on time. Window cleaning was fine. the pressure washing on the drive was poor, the deck they missed the railing and all over spray on the wood front door and garage doors was left for me to clean off. In addition the crew left grease foot prints on the front porch which I had to remove with detergent. The crew also broke a sprayer on my garden hose and said nothing. I called and complained and emailed and they promptly contacted me. I had guests coming in for the weekend and did not want to move everything on my deck a second time to have the railing done. I was charged $75 per man hour (2 guys $150/hour) this is an extremely high rate for this type of work. I have another sub I used in the past and will go back to him, he was booked out another month so I though i would give these guys a chance - last time. This is not my first bad experience from subs on Angie's list with hundreds of A ratings - be careful. I have gone back to checking local references and only use the list as a guide.

Prior update: My inquiry on June 18th was not associated with any deal. I had researched the company and their services, and intended to obtain the quote and immediately book an appointment as the window cleaning was overdue, and I needed to get back on schedule. I completed their web inquiry form, which resulted in an "out of office" message email indicating the person who received the web inquiry was no longer with the company. It did provide contact information, so I forwarded the response to the person indicated noting they may want to get the inquiries re-routed, and followed up with a phone call to request the quote. I got a call back the next morning and they indicated they would send someone out. 7 business days later, I still did not have a quote, so I did the web inquiry again, which came back with the same out of office message - still had not fixed the issue. Before I could call later that morning, I received an email saying they had a number of requests for quotes come in that they were working through and they would get to my request shortly. 5 business days later, and I still have nothing. At a minimum, they should have set clear expectations for the timing, and followed up with an update if they could not meet that date and provide a new date. It appears this is a great company with rave reviews, and I hope their existing customers will continue to be pleased. Their focus is clearly not on obtaining new customers at this point - and I will begin my search again. Update: The day I posted this, I received the quote, a follow-up phone call, and an apology for the delays. Because of other comments, I did go ahead and give them a try. I will try them at least one more time. The windows looked great. My one concern was addressed - the verandas were not free of cobwebs and old hornets nests that were previously sprayed. They addressed it, but it was something I didn't feel like I should have had to point out.

Squeggee Pros sent out Xavier to perform the work. He arrived promptly at 8:00am and after I quickly reviewed some things with him he got right to work. Xavier did a fantastic job and was done by about 1:00pm. I had an appointment to go to early in the evening and I was wondering if he would be done by 4:00pm. So, I was surprised at how quickly he worked. My windows look great. The gutters are nice and clean so they will work better in capturing the rain. Xavier filled a bag of leaves and gumballs that were on a flat part of my roof. This is the first time I used Squeegee Pros. I was so pleased that I plan on having them clean my windows two times a year. I also briefly discussed cleaning my soffit area with Xavier. Xavier was very polite and courteous.

We used them before and I was very pleased. It was a reasonable price. It was a very good job done.
