Description of Work: Wes Pearson arrived on time and went to work. He did a super job. Thw windows were sparkling and there was no evidence to indicate they had been cleaned. Very professional in appearance and performance. Really appreciated Ashley's telephone call the day before to remind us of the appointment. Plan to use them again for windows and pressure washing. Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for Squeegee Pros and added on a few additional windows. When they arrived, I was disappointed in how they counted the windows (e.g., the window above my door counted as 4 windows even though the surface area was about the same size as one standard window). However, the guys did a nice, thorough job.

Description of Work: I would say if you're going to do half a job,don't bother.They only do the vinyl siding,but the front of our house is white brickface,so nothing there.The 2 lights by the front door were completely dry and dusty right after they left,which means they didn't do the porch vinyl,or the lights would have some water on them even if they don't do lights,which they don't. Never again.

Response from Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing
My office remembers the Member calling and not being clear on what the Big Deal offers. He assumed it also included the front and back porches (both not mentioned in his review), and hand cleaning the front porch lights. All of these services we offer but do not do for free especially when part of a discounted Big Deal price. I can assure him that ALL of the vinyl was cleaned as noted in the offer including the front porch vinyl as confirmed by my on site tech. I've had the same techs for a long time and they have all done countless Big Deals including Vinyl Siding Washing and know precisely what each Big Deal includes. I completely disagree with a C rating as we feel the customer did not read and understand the fine print and what he was paying for based on the phone call from him to our office.
