Description of Work: Bought service. Followed instructions on how to contact vendor. Got a return e-mail that he was out of the office until next week. Had an alternate e-mail address - mailed there and questioned the time frame for the work. Got an e-mail not referencing my original e-mail, just said I ordered from Angie's List and they were booked for 2 or more weeks out. Not acceptable at all! And I really don't believe it - I think the vendor is on vacation and if so should have said so.

Absolutely uncalled for to get an F. I adamantly want Angie's List to put a review board together to rate prospects and customers. Yes!!!!!!!!!, Ashley was on vacation and rightly so. She works hard. This lady's request was handled professionally and timely. April, who is also on my office staff full time, 5 days per week handled the request immediately. And Yes!!!!!!!!!, we are busy. This is our busy time of year. We are booked out, all 5 crews at least 2 weeks. How would you feel if we had nothing going on at all? Does 300 reviews with more than 260 'A's mean anything? Please go find another company to handle your request and hopefully you will not tarnish their reputation too.

Description of Work: I called to schedule an appointment. They told me they will charge $45 for our house being more than 4000 sq ft. Additional $35 will be charged for having a basement. We didn't understand why they are charging us extra on top of the big deal price.
