Description of Work: Washed all of the windows inside and outside. Very professional, went about his work and finished quickly.

Description of Work: Even though it was not mentioned in the ad, I had to pay extra for having a gas pack system, it was not optional like the fan cleaning was. The techs did not have shoe covers to wear in the house to protect my rugs or hardwoods. Otherwise they were quite nice and neat.

Description of Work: Very professional and curtious. I could not beat the deal. I believe they went above and beyond what I expected. The two men that came were wonderful. They offered to also do my deck for a small price. They were not satisfied with how the deck looked and did not charge me. I will absolutely use them again!

Description of Work: Squeegee-Pros sent one man to clean the windows on a 2-story historic house with 36 very large multi-pane windows. He started the job at 8:00am on a Thursday, had to go clean other houses on Friday, and finished our house by mid-afternoon on Saturday! We lived with our furniture in the middle of rooms, screens and storm windows dangerously all around the place, and had to pen up the dogs for 3 days for a job that normally takes a day (our experience with other companies that use teams). We called Squeegee Pros on Thursday morning to advise them, but they refused to supplement the single window-washer, saying that their other cleaner had quit. Then, to make matters even worse, we had requested power-washing of the patio and an extra fee was added for the patio steps! When they asked permission to charge the additional amount on the credit card, we said 'no,' and asked for a manager to review the inconvenience and reconsider the fee for the steps. Then we got an email saying that they had charged the credit card anyway, despite our denying them permission to do so! The window-washer was a first-rate pro, it's just the company that provided terrible customer service.
