Response from Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing
When she scheduled the house washing she did not specify she did not want the sunroom pressure washed when she told me her home was 2,500 square feet. I double check online because some people are not sure of the square footage of their home and they guess. We do not want to under price the jobs and have the tech be shortchanged because they are doing more work than what was quoted which occurs frequently. She sent me a message on Angie’s List after our technician was done stating that there were orange streaks running down the front of the home. Occasionally, when power washing a home a small amount of water will get behind the siding or the shutters. Hours after we have left, the water will start to make its way onto the exterior surface. As it drips out, it will usually pull some dirt out with it, resulting in a mark down the side of the home. This problem can be remedied by simply giving the runoff area a quick spray with the garden hose to rinse away the mark. In this case it was red clay that had dripped down after the technician had left her home. I told her we would have him go back as soon as possible. I then notified the technician of the streaks and he called her and left her a message saying he could come back the following day. She then called our tech back at 8pm at night saying she took care of it herself. We were very timely in getting back to her with her concern. The customer also gave us an A rating for responsiveness and punctuality, but we were disappointed to see a D for Quality because our estimate paperwork that was given to the customer clearly explains that this may happen.
