I purchased a deal for $99 for comprehensive window cleaning. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The person who actually did the work was very nice. I was disappointed that their equipment consisted of a worn out sponge on a handle and a squeegee. Not sure what I was expecting but this didn't look very professional. In any case, the employee asked if I had any Dawn dishwashing liquid and said that is what they used. He then told me that our windows would not be clear due to build up from water, etc. He stated he could use a chemical to remove the spots but it would cost an additional $25/pane and that he couldn't guarantee it would work!!! We chose not to spend the money. The "deal" was to include window seals inside and out. This consisted of a swipe with a dry rag which didn't remove much. The seals still had dead bugs and dirt on them when the job was finished. I think the Windows are clean but would not consider this a "comprehensive" cleaning. It took less than an hour for $99 so not a great deal for a one story house.

James at Squeegee Pro was definitely a PRO . He did such a great job on the windows I had him wash my house also. Windows and house look brand new. He also pointed out that I had two snakes under the deck and bats in the attic. Great guy and great service. Would definitely use their services again

There was a schedule mix up. Work was scheduled so I would be present, however, it was done at a different time when I was not present. I needed to check the drainage through a couple of drains that ran underground. They came back and checked the drains which was a concern. I was happy to use my hoses, to save them from getting theirs out of the truck. However, when the gentlemen put my hose back on the stand, it was full of kinks - which I discovered later and rewound it. Workmanship was good. I would definitely call or recommend them, however, I would always be present when the work was being done.

Did a good job. Windows are sparkly clean and all the cobwebs are gone from the screens.

The workers showed up on time and on the day it was scheduled. Per my request, they called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Great work. Kind and considerate.

Power wash was okay. They bent a few screens, did not care to mention it as they departed! Told the company about the screens being bent.. when they called to do work again the next year.

I came home to find pieces of my bird bath was missing. I called the company regarding this, where they informed me they broke my bird bath, but they ended up replacing it. After the service, my house was left looking white-washed, and some of the paint had been removed. I tried contacting the company about this, but nothing was resolved with that issue.

Great! The guys arrived on time, walked around the house with me and asked me about any spots I wanted them to focus on and then got to work. They did a very thorough job and the house looked like new when they were done. I would definitely recommend Squeegee Pros to anyone looking for a company to wash their house.

Price is amazing, but you get what you pay for. If you get one of the Angie's List specials, you are their lowest priority and usually need to schedule 6-8 weeks out. The work is always the bare minimum, and we could really tell once we went with another provider. Our last experience, one of the workers was extremely overweight and had to take several breaks inside. He did leave his pole cleaner, which is a plus as I didn't have one at the house. At the same time, price on Angie's List special is amazing. If just a light cleaning is needed and you can be flexible, they may work for you. We've decided to move to another provider.

The two people that came to do the work were, Michael and Tony. I asked what chemicals they used and they said bleach and Dawn. I asked about my shrubs and flowers, would they be affected and they said no because they water them down before the bleach is put on. They started on the left side of my house. They did the left side, the back and the right side. When they came to the front side they did my front porch and then stopped. They had not finished the the whole front of the house. So in 10 minutes or so Tony knocked on my front door and when I went out on the porch I saw Michael leaving in their truck. I asked Tony where Michael was going. He told me that a part had broken on the machine that dispenses the bleach and the girl in the office sent him out to see if he could find the part. So Tony stood with me on the front porch and we talked. I asked him exactly what had been done and he said , the whole house had been cleaned with the bleach except the front. I asked him if it should be rinsed off and he said he would wait for Michael to get back. I could see the bleach was drying on my new picture window and my storm door. So I asked Tony again if he should be rinsing off the bleach, in the meantime Michael came back and left again. When Michael came back the second time Tony walked over where Michael was. I came back in my house and went all over the house looking at my new windows and they all looked really bad . They were all streaked dry with bleach. Tony knocked on my door again and said Michael was on the phone with Tiffany the office girl over residential jobs,Tony said they were trying to decide what to do. After a while Tony said they were going to leave and to call the office in the morning and make another appointment. I said aren't you going to rinse the bleach off and Tony said yes they were. In less than 15 minutes they were gone. After it dried I was looking at all of it outside and I was horrified. My house had streaks all over it and blotchy places and spots that were a lighter color so they were very noticeable. I couldn't believe it. 3 of my rose bushes were damaged and some shrubbery looked burnt. I had to scrub and scrub to get the dried bleach off my windows. I called the next day to make an appointment and told Tiffany my house had streaks all over it. She said the first appt. was in 2 weeks. She said my house was going to be cleaned all over again. May 10th a man came named Bill, he was the field manager and he said the bleach had been left on to long and he took pictures of everything. He cleaned the front of my house and tried rinsing thr rest of the house with plain water but it didn't do anything. He said he should have been called out to see the damage the very next day. He told me he didn't know what to do about the problem. I emailed the owner of the company and told him this story and he had Tiffany call me and they were going to send some guy out who was a vinyl specialist. Well she called me back and said he couldn't come. Since then nothing has been done. This is my first home and I am putting my heart and soul into fixing it up. It's right on Main Street and I have worked to get the yard looking really nice. Now my house is ruined! It breaks my heart! All because of 2 idiots that left bleach on my house for over an hour and a half and didn't even care.

Showed up when promised and house looks great. I'm very pleased. They did a great job.

Terrible. Never even got done. No contact. I will be seeking a full refund.

The Technician, Wes, arrived right on time and did wonderful job. I had purchased the special on line through Angie's list.

Jeff and his crew were amazing. They were punctual and professional. These guys hustled from start to finish. Job was awesome! We will definitely use them in the future.

Angies List Special. I have a VERY small house......few windows......They do an excellent job especially for the money! I have used them before with the Window Special and have been pleased. The only hing is the guy missed one window outside this time, and I didn't catch it for a about a week............

Been using Squeegee for some time now and again they did an excellent job. Wes was right on time and had the house and windows looking great. On 2/21/2016,Wes did pressure washing on our other home we own and did an outstanding job as well. The house looks like new and I recommend this company highly. Will continue using them on our homes.
