Description of Work: They send a team of 2, 3 or 4 cleaners every two weeks. They cover all the cleaning bases they said they would. The house smells and looks lovely when they leave. When they have questions, they ask. Otherwise, I happily stay out of their way.

 + -1 moreSpanking clean people are 100% reliable. I gave them the key to my house. I told them to if I'm not here, come in and do your thing. They come in on a regular basis. They are very good. What they do is assign a team to each of their customers. And it's the same team that comes to the house.
Description of Work: Spanking Clean comes to my house every two weeks.

 + -1 morePricing: I would have paid more had the jobs been performed well. Having specified that the cleaning must be thorough and that a time or two to improve would be expected. She was in-sensed that constructive criticism was offered. The mowing was done like a race course.There was no reduction in price, nor did they return to improve the performance.
Description of Work: Forgot an appointment. Did not accept constructive criticism when her crew did not clean home well. Doors left unlocked upon departure. Yard mowed leaving clumps and areas not mowed. Zoomed.

Description of Work: They come every two weeks. They clean the house (mop vacuum dust clean the windows.)
