We recently had to have our roof repaired and Solid Roofing was one of the companies that was asked to give us a quote. Andrew took the time to explain thoroughly what he found after his inspection, and what next steps I could take. He worked with the insurance company, communicated with us constantly and was just so easy to work with that it made the entire process as painless as possible. His crew that did the work got done quickly, and well. I really appreciate their attention to detail in the installation and their cleanup when leaving the site, as well as the care they took in protecting my plants near the house, to prevent damage. I just moved into a new house and the company I want to insure it with needed verification of the recent date Solid Roofing replaced the roof. I called John and within just a few minutes he located the info I needed and provided to me. He then added that I could benefit from transfer of the 30-year warranty from the previous owner (which they never thought to mention) and he started that process for me with the manufacturer. I'm close to 70 and have never had such exceptional customer support. I also need to add the roof installation is outstanding with much attention to detail and looks great. Given this experience I wouldn't hesitate to use Solid for repairs or entire re-roof. They are really just way above and beyond in wanting to do their best for their customer.

Solid Roofing did a great job on our roof replacement. The quality of the materials and professionalism of the team was top notch. I was most impressed with the care they took protecting our house and landscaping during the work. I was very happy with the clean up. All that was left behind was a beautiful roof!

I have nothing but the highest praise for John Franco and his crew at Solid Roofing. From the initial inspection to the meeting with the claims adjustor to the roof installation and cleanup, it was a first class operation. Mr. Franco took care of all the details in negotiating with the insurance company making it easy for me. The crew was big enough and hard-working enough to get the job done in one day on our 2400 sq ft house.. They were very careful to clean up all of the debris from the job. The roof was installed with a few upgrades thrown in and looks great. We had it done just before the heavy rains from Irma and we felt safe and secure. He also dealt with the satellite company to make sure the dish was reinstalled properly. Mr. Franco was personable, friendly, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The only thing we paid for out of pocket was the deductible. Everything else was covered by insurance. I have already recommended Solid Roofing to another neighbor.
