+ -1 moreCONTACTED COMPANY AND LEFT MESSAGE WITH RECEPTIONIST SEVERAL TIMES. THEY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND NEVER SHOWED UP OR RETURNED PHONE CALLS. EVEN SPOKE TO MR. SMITH WHILE DOWN THE BLOCK, AND AFTER CONFIRMING HE WOULD STOP BY FOR ESTIMATE HE NEVER SHOWED UP. THIS OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES.
