+ -1 moreRowboat dredged for 5 properties in my neighborhood and 5 properties across the cove from us. This was supposed to be completed in 2 phases utilizing two basins that consisted of two chambers, however they only dug one basin with one chamber, utilizing the property next to us. As they got to the last two weeks of their project, they picked up the pace. This resulted in the 3’ of sediment behind our property, which after discussion with them, they refused to cleanup. No integrity for this company and nothing enforced by agencies that could require they complete the project as permitted.
Description of Work: Dredging was contracted for by neighbors.

+ -1 moreThey stated a start date and about 2 months later, they started. They didn't do any of the preliminary work to determine where the dock should go, and we ran into several obstacles as a result of that. Some of the obstacles we had to pay for in order to get the job done. This is just a few of the problems we had.
Description of Work: Had a dock and deck built.
