Description of Work: I used this service last year after a bad storm. They went out of there way to come to look at my roof right away. Some shingles had blown off from storm, they repaired it the same day. I recommended them to another friend the same day and they did her's right after me. This year, my next door neighbor needed someone for the same thing and she used them as well. They are very responsive and on time. Very good,

Description of Work: Replaced the shingles and tar paper over my entire roof; removed roof vent fans and replaced with ridge vents; sealed off the gap between the sheeting and soffit with metal to avoid squirrel intrusion. Managed and cleaned up the job site such that one would not know the project had occurred. |The execution of the job was smooth, efficient, professional; All precautions were taken to make sure any unexpected rain did not enter the structure before the roof could be completed. |Very pleased with the job, and the quality of the product. An excellent value.

Description of Work: I found some water damage in a bedroom on a bedroom ceiling and they checked some vent pipes on the roof in the area. They sealed around the furnace vent and another one , also they found a nail hole in a shingle and fixed it. After crawling around on rafters and removing insulation next to the bathroom. He thinks it is a leaky waterline. They gave me the # of a handy man that is coming this week. It took over an hour and there was no charge. I love these guys!!

Description of Work: I had some wind damage on the roof from a storm. The owner came, he knew exactly what needed to be done at the ridge. He sent two workers and they did it for me the same day. Not only did they do mine, but I sent them to a friend in another neighborhood near by that had they same issue. She was pleased as well. They also checked the rest of the roof to see if there was any other damage other than where I showed them to look. They were able to match my roof color and material as well. The owner seemed like a very honest man. Would call him again if need be.

Description of Work: They replaced our entire roof and replaced rotted facia that our rain gutters were attached to. They reinstalled the gutter after fixing the repair. They did a great job, were very responsive, and very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after they finished.

Description of Work: They called back from my message to them the next day ,came right out and gave us options on needed repair . Once I called them and gave them the go ahead they were out here the next day since it was the last clear day before several days of bad weather was coming. Repairs were completed that day and all trash was removed .They even cleaned the leaves off the whole roof and not just the damaged area which I thought was nice .

 + 0 moreWe are new homeowners in this area and had major leaks coming through our living room wall next to our fireplace after big storm in August. Dave and Michael came right out and fixed the roofing issue. The wall continued to leak, but because they said they would stand by their work and did so, they found other leaks not related to the roof. When we thought it may have still been the roof leaking (but was not) they did not hesitate for one second to come out on several occasions right away to make sure their work was not the problem. Very professional, stands by their work, try to help people and not just make money and we would HIGHLY recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced damaged shingles, replaced and repaired flashing and shingles around entire chimney, sealed fiberglass covering to chimney, put water diverter in 2 areas on roof.

 + -1 moreOn the whole they were very good. The crew on my house moved very hard, very quickly and worked into the dark to get done fast. The crew was polite and respectful. From all I can tell the work is very well done. They cleaned up pretty well and ran a magnet over the grounds and driveway to get as many nails as possible. The only negative was communication with the principal contact who was constantly on the road. Even though I had his cell phone, I usually had to leave a message and sometimes return calls were a few hours later. There was a little vagueness about exactly when they would begin. By the same token, when I had questions or concerns he took care of all of them quickly and carefully. I recommend them highly, but just understand he may not be as accessible as you would like in an ideal world.
Description of Work: Race City replaced my entire house and detached garage roofs, replaced all the boots around piping, and added previously non-existent ridge venting.
