Expert installation and very knowledgeable

When our Water Heater went down during the coldest time of the year, I used Angi to request an estimate. John from Water Heater Experts was the first to call and, though I had not considered it in the past, sold me on the idea of the tankless system. He had an answer for all my questions regarding finance and made it easy to afford this upgrade. He showed up late due to prior service calls, but he was committed to getting it installed and working before he left. Thank you, John and Water Heater Experts......Looks GREAT, Works GREAT!

John Gallagher did an outstanding job installing my Rinnai tankless water heater. He spent a lot of time educating me on tankless water heaters. I got six different quotes and he was the most reasonable and the most knowledgeable of those I spoke with. I would highly recommend him to anyone having a plumbing need, especially a tankless water heater installation. I was so impressed with him that I'm having him come back to fix two things that previous plumbers did incorrectly.

We noticed our water heater had a leak in the morning. We decided to replace it and started a search early afternoon of the same day. Fortunately, we came across with John who came to our house by the evening. He took out the old unit and installed the new one and finished most of the installation on the same day. He came back the next day to finish the job. He also contacted us the next day to follow up the next day The cost below is net of tax credit and other incentives. We are quite happy we found him.

John was responsive to my outreach, offered a variety of options, and completed the job within 48 hours. He completed quality work that passed the first inspection, and job was at a reasonable price.

Very professional. Installed tankless water heater in one day. Had a gas leak and John had shown me how to cut off the gas in case there was a leak. He came back the next morning and repaired the leak. No further problems.

John was absolutely incredible. He had an unfortunate incident the day he was scheduled to come out that easily could have justified him to reschedule. He told me he did not want me to have to wait longer and asked if he could come later in the day, which we were fine with. John worked until 9:00 to finish our instal. John did an excellent job from start to finish. I had a tankless water heater with a circulation pump installed by John himself. He laid out all of the available options and never tried to upsell me on any product or service. He only advised me on what was necessary based on my needs. He spent a lot of time going through the details and price points, all of which were transparent and clear. I called him for a quote on a Monday and he was out here 5 days later on a Saturday. He was meticulous, very detailed, explained what he was doing and why, and worked diligently. He was in and out in about 5 hours. Compared to the â big boxâ retailers, he was far superior in the sales experience, the quality of service and price. The big box guys were tremendously over priced compared to John, did not take the time John did to run through the available options. They also never bothered to educate you on what you needed for your individual situation like John did for me. He runs a very good business and truly does take the quality of his work seriously. I was impressed with him in every aspect and would recommend him for any type of water heater need.

Our hot water heater went out the night before Thanksgiving. We had a new tankless unit installed by 3:00 PM on Friday. John took time from his holiday on Thanksgiving to talk to me and walk us through our options. Fair pricing and quality work. I could not recommend John and Water Heater Experts enough.
