He got back to us when he said he would. He did it quickly. He discovered that the computer was infected by malware, adware and so forth. Something at the back of the monitor died, and he said it was more than likely to be a Trojan virus. I really liked him. Everybody else that I talked to were charging $120 or more to analyze. He did not charge anything for the analysis. He works from home and every room in his house has computers. He was just awesome. I thought he was very fair and very honest.
