+ -1 moreCame out to my residence, gave me a price for carpet and installation. The total price was $2700 he asked for a $2000 deposit, which I gave him that day. I was told by Melvin that my carpet was ordered he then proceeded to stall the process and continued to tell me that my carpet was not in yet. When, I finally was fed up with the process and asked for my money back I was told to "sew him", so I did and won. When I asked him where my money was after the fact I was told to "have a nice day, and he was not paying me a dime". He stole my money, and he is very very bad guy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

+ -1 moreWe had already picked out the carpeting at a different store, and had also obtained a second quote, both of which were higher by a few hundred dollars with installation. MC&F did a good job of showing up to measure and talk to us about what we wanted, and then going forward with ordering the carpet. I had wanted a written estimate, but did not receive one and was getting nervous about it. When I finally got it, it was very basic and handwritten, nothing like the detailed estimates I had received from the other two companies. Since the price was right, I proceeded, and overall I am satisfied with the service and installation of the carpeting.
Description of Work: We used Mooresville Carpet and Flooring to install two rooms of carpet in our new home.

+ 2 moreGreat! We had been putting off buying carpet for too long. Melvin and his sister were wonderful to work with.
Description of Work: Mooresville Carpet & Flooring came out and measured most of our house for new padding and carpet. They recommended a carpet that was perfect for our pet friendly home. The upgraded padding was well worth the extra expense. They did not pressure us in any way and left us alone to wander through a nicely appointed showroom. The project was completed in just over two days. They moved the furniture and were careful not to damage anything.
