Description of Work: Memories Landscaping collected a deposit and entered into a contract and did not perform any work. ?I asked for my deposit to be returned after 30 days of no work performed with a 10 day notice to perform the work or return my deposit. ?He said he would get the work done. ?At 5pm on the 10th day I gave him 24 hours to return my deposit. ?I have a pallet and a half of retaining wall blocks to show for it and out $950.
