 + 2 moreFirst of all, I was beyond impressed with Mr. Megenedy's communication. He always promptly responded to my texts and phone calls. In addition, the morning of work, he would text to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional - setting up his work area, working, and then cleaning up when he was done. His work was wonderful - our house was under contract in 8 days!!! Finally, his prices were very fair.
Description of Work: We were getting our house ready to sell, and there were a lot of fix-it up jobs that needed to be done. Mr. Megenedy handled them all - promptly, professionally, and reasonably priced! He painted the trim on our home (front & back), pressure washed the vinyl fence, interior repair and painting (included some patchwork to the woodwork), sanded and repainted front metal railing, and even fixed a light bulb broken off in the socket (last minute request by me).
