Scott and his father are team duo. They were both very professional, kind, and patient. The work was flawless and clean cut! Scott was referred to my husband through a mutual contact. He was clear and upfront from day 1 on the quote and timeline of project. When I say the work was flawless - you would have thought that everything just appeared at a snap of a finger. Scott was very thorough and ensured that we were comfortable with the Marantz app that controls the entire system. We also had a paint job that was scheduled after the install and Scott was kind enough to stop by and replug the main Marantz controller.

I spent $3000. The job was great. I would highly recommend them. They did very good.

I had them out for the estimate on a kitchen remodel. When they gave me the estimate, it was much higher than I thought it would be. I decided not to have the work done at the time.

RUN, DO NOT WALK FROM SCOTT SENDAK WITH MASTER CRAFT HOME!! If Angie's List had a FF RATING, SCOTT SENDAK and his crew ,or lack of crew, would have earned it. We contracted with SCOTT SENDAK in August 2012. We were absentee owners and trusted him to do the job professionally and in a timely manner. At nine months we finally had to admit we had made a horrible, costly mistake. He pulled no permits, violated building codes and had no dedicated crew. In fact, he had no crew at all except his father, who worked mostly half days, and a guy who rarely showed. When he did ...he didn't stay for long. This man did SCOTT SENDAK'S electrical and plumbing work, unlicensed in both. After we asked SCOTT SENDAK to leave the job, I had to have a licensed plumber and electrician come out to inspect work and in most cases redo the work that had been done by SCOTT SENDAK'S UNLICENSED plumber and electrician. I spent $18,000 replacing, upgrading dangerous issues that were left in the wake of shoddy workmanship....especially in the electrical dept.: BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION, THEY WILLINGLY JACK HAMMERED OVER 500 SQ. FEET OF TILE BECAUSE IT WAS DONE SO POORLY. No one would be on the job for days, hence, taking advantage of the absentee ownership. We were taken in by SCOTT SENDAK quiet friendly demeanor. I suggest you don't do the same.

At best I got a $50 plan. The plan measurements weren't correct. I pointed this out did make the corrections. None the less, the plan was lackluster and I went with another company.

He was very nice, however very expensive for a service charge.

They were good, but we did not go with them. The guy was pretty good. He came out and drew the plans. He did exactly what we wanted. He was okay, but we did not go with them because we went to somebody else. I think they had good idea on the remodel, but considering the limitations of what we could do, he had very good ideas, but he was just a designer so the company ended up going with another one.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. I liked nothing particularly about them. The quote was really high. They didn't get back to me right away. I had to keep calling them to have them put the proposal together. They finally got back to me 3-4 weeks later. I just don't even know why I had to pay $50 for an estimate which I probably could have gotten free from somebody else.

The remodel went very well. We could not have been happier working with Scott and Wes from Master Craft Homes. They were very involved from beginning to end. During the initial design phase, we went back and forth with Scott and Wes several times over things we wanted to add or change. They were always very open to our ideas and many many questions we had for them. They were always very good at explaining the process of what would happen if we did one thing vs another. Once we finally had a solid plan in place the process went pretty fast after that. Scott was at our house almost every day working on one aspect or another of the remodel. Wes handled all the cabinet related details and Scott handled all of the carpentry work and would bring in other workers as needed for plumbing, counter tops, tile, drywall, floors and electrical. We felt very comfortable working with Master Craft Homes. Overall, we were very pleased and would not have changed anything about the remodel. The cabinets are beautiful that Master Craft Homes has built to fit your kitchen, all custom work. All very nice quality that is built to fit your kitchens dimensions. Wes and Scott did all of the cabinet installation and they did a great job of it. Wes will even come back once all the work is completed and make sure all the spacing between the doors and drawers is the same. A very nice attention to detail. Scott handled all the carpentry work and did a very nice job of it. He always made sure we were happy with the results. Once we were questioning the positioning of a can light in the ceiling and we had him and the electrician move it a couple times. He never minded and would make the change. He wanted to be sure we were happy. We liked working with Scott so much, that we asked him to do some other drywall repair in our house while he was there. We were really pleased with all the results. During the work, Scott was even involved in a traffic accident and was still at our house a day or two later with his arm in a sling working away. He was even in our crawlspace under the house working to remove some squeaks we had in our hardwood floors with one arm. He is very dedicated to customer service.

Met with Scott in late December. He promised to provide an estimate for the job, but never did. I called several times and he continued to promise to send the estimate. I waited until late January and could wait no longer. Scott finally told me "they were too busy" at this time.

we started with the first visit in Oct of 2010. They came out and we talked about what was need to be replace and what we wanted to do. He told us what type of doors he could buy and what need to be replaced around them.He e mailed us with an estimate of work to be done and the cost of supplies. He let us know that the doors would have to be ordered and that a down payment was required by that company. When we decided to do the job, we informed him. He drew up the contract. A date was given for started . The company that came and did the wood floors were very good too. The whole process probably took 2-3 weeks. They also poured a cement slap under the deck that went to the basement door. It has really helped with the water build up there.

Scott did a great job installing my blinds and then also helped me with a few other little odd jobs. He did it all efficiently and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

They did everything we asked them to do. The plan seemed fine. We haven't done anything with the plan yet.

Scott is very professional and has been responsive to my questions and requests regarding the design. I am happy with what he came up with.

From start to finish everything went very smooth..Scott and Bob started on the agreed upon day and the job was finished within the two week time frame that was agreed upon.

He did not come prepared. He did not have a portfolio, had no pictures of previous work, and when we spoke, he had no ideas to share and gave no direction. When he emailed me afterwards, he sent me a digital image of a bathroom design that was just all gray with the same dimensions as my current bathroom. It was not a plan.

I had purchased a piece that he didn't like and told me to sell it. He gave me a design for a low cost motel.

They were great. They gave us a quote. We haven't done it yet, but will look to him when we do.

Master Craft Home came in as a second contractor after our original contractor began the process but never did any work except order the cabinets and granite counter tops. They removed 2 walls (one load bearing) and gutted the kitchen of everything but the ceiling, stove and refrigerator. The cabinets were installed and then the process of putting everything back into place began. They accepted the job under these circumstances and we were very pleased with their work. We have recommended they to 2 friends already who are needing some remodeling at their homes.

Master Craft Home helped me design and build the kitchen of my dreams. Scott and Bob's attention to detail and quality is very impressive. From moving walls to final adjustment on cabinet doors, no detail was left unnoticed. They were very helpful with suggestions to make the final outcome perfectly suited to my needs and tastes. I would highly recommend Master Craft Home for any remodeling project!

We found Master Craft home on your web site and contacted Scott Sendek. He was able to come out that very afternoon. My husband took him around to the areas that were damage. He told him what we wanted to do. Scott was able to e mail us an estimate withing 24 hours detailing what he would do and the cost. The price was so good that we decided to get the carpet removed and put down wood floors. We received and estimate for that too. We sign the contract in October. Scott ordered the doors and was able to start working on the problems 11/07/2010. He finished a week later. There were some extra expenses because the damage proved to be more severe than first thought. Over all the company did a great job.

Scott, Bob, and Scott's dad came to remove the old door and install the new. Everything went smoothly. Scott returned when contacted to do some adjustments. He worked with us to make the plexi-glass addition removable for easier cleaning.
