pressure washing
+ -1 moreThey did a fantastic job. Very thorough and gentle. I mention gentle because the siding on these home is vinyl, and probably apt to discolor or lift up. No discoloration or lifting of siding. They also moved the porch furniture into the yard, both front and back, and sprayed the cobwebs off all of the furniture Very, very pleased with the job and their service.
Description of Work: I recently had Andy Bowers and his crew power wash my father's patio home, driveway and sidewalk, patios and to my pleasant surprise, they also gently power washed his porch furniture.

+ -1 moreAndy was very responsive to my request for a rush appointment. He even worked in the rain, and did such a great job! The driveway went from dingy and grimy to brilliant white in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Lakeside Power Wash!

deck cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreHe arrived with 2 helpers on the morning scheduled and began cleaning. Two days later returned to stain. It was a great experiance, and believe me I have been through many of these projects.
Description of Work: Andy does all kinds of pressure washing and he has done several jobs for us. I can not rate his work high enough,--he is absolutely interested in perfection and his rates were less than 1/3rd of the other estimates. In this case he low pressure washed our wrap around rear deck (50' x 10') with 2 story stairs, the concrete patio, same size below, as well as a three foot wooden retaining wall (20') and wide wooden steps running down along the side of the house. He also stained all but the concrete patio. We purchased the stain, but he actually brought his own water.
