After having several people look at our gas range but not know how to fix the low flame/heat problem Sean figured out the problem quickly and new the solution. It is now working wonderfully for the first time since it was installed. He also gave us a test to do on the dryer which showed the problem. It was an old dryer so it made sense to buy a new one given the problem.

Mr. Lewis arrived on time and assessed the the problem. A part had to be ordered that would take a week or better to come in. He touched base during that time to keep us up to date. Issue was resolved when the part came in and we are back in good working order. Mr Lewis was very professional and thorough. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Sean did a great job on the repair. He was very professional, cheerful, and courteous. Within 10 minutes of arriving, he had the dryer completely disassembled and the problem diagnosed. He carefully explained the cost to replace the part, so I knew exactly what the cost would be before he performed the work. After another 20 minutes or so, he had the part installed and the dryer reassembled. He worked so fast that it was obvious to me that he has done this many times before. I was very pleased with the service and I would not hesitate to call again.

I called Lake Norman Appliance Repair on Friday morning when I realized the temperature indicator on my 9 year old GE Profile refrigerator was 10 degrees higher than usual. Sean was able to come out that same afternoon and after analyzing the temperatures inside the fridge, determined it was actually at a normal temperature and it is likely a sensor issue. He explained possible causes but ultimately suggested we replace the refrigerator entirely rather than try to swap out costly parts. I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely call them again when we have future appliance repair needs.

They were great. I would highly recommend them. They came as soon as they could. The guy knew what he was talking about, and he fixed it. A couple of days, they got the part and it was in. The people were very nice. The price was fine.

He did an excellent job - even had us bring out bath towels so the dust wouldn't blow all over the kitchen from the coil cleaning. He was on-time and very helpful. The bill was less than we expected so we were pleasantly surprised.

Sean was able to accommodate the fact that I work during the day and made an evening appointment to come and look at the washing machine. He arrived during the allotted time period and was professional and friendly and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He explained in terms that I could understand what was wrong with the machine and even with Thanksgiving looming around the corner he managed to get the part and get it installed in a week. Lake Norman Appliance is always my first place to call whenever I have an appliance problem. I've been using Sean for 5 years or so and have never been disappointed in his level of service, prices or promptness. I didn't think my oven was heating properly so called Lake Norman Appliance Repair. His office manager quickly arranged for Sean to come out and check on it. An appointment was scheduled and Sean arrived within the given timeframe. His office called me 30 minutes in advance as we agreed she would so I knew he was coming. He checked many things but didn't find that my temperature gauge was faulty. He did find operator error on my part -and educated me on using the conventional vs. convection feature of my oven. While he was here, I also had him look at the microwave door which I knew had a broken piece. He ordered the replacement part and has returned to install it. As usual, I am very pleased with the experience and the outcome.

It went extremely well! Sean's office assistant who made the appointment was very professional and easy to speak with. She took the details of my problem and setup my appointment for the next day with a 3 hour window. She called later the next day to give me a more accurate time to expect Sean. Sean arrived and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He had the part on hand, provided me with a very reasonable quote and we went with it! He was done within 30 minutes and my dryer is now working like new. I couldn't have asked for better service! I would highly recommend him!

I called the morning of June 9th for service on our side by side refrigerator which had stopped working... Sean came out that same afternoon and got the unit up and running in less than 30 minutes. Very prompt, complete and professional service. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!

Great. Sean (the owner and usual technician) was unable to come out due to recent surgery. But he sent someone else, who did the diagnostic work and then called Sean on the phone to go over it with him and keep him in the loop. Sean had been to our house before a couple months earlier to also look at our freezer for a different, unrelated, issue (clearly we do not have the best refrigerator out there!). The technician (Ken) determined that we would need a new ice maker. He called Sean, who quoted a price for the part and repair. Since it was something pretty simple (to replace an icemaker is not super hard), my husband decided he would handle it himself. They were very nice and supportive of that idea and only charged us the service charge. Prior to this visit, Sean had been out in Feb 2014 to diagnose why water was leaking into the freezer. He was able to quickly figure it out, and fix it then and there. He was professional, reasonably priced, and we obviously liked him enough to call him a couple months later when something else went wrong.

Our 12 year old dishwasher had problems with cleaning the dishes. Upon further testing, I found the spray arms were not turning. We place a call to Lake Norman Appliance Repair. The dispatcher was very helpful, and told us our options. Sean arrived promptly in the timeframe that was promised. After disassembling the dishwasher, he found the problem to be that the food chopper's blade was worn out. Luckily, he had the part on his service van, and was able to complete the repairs at the same time. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. He went straight to the problem and made the proper diagnosis. It's been over a month, and everything works as it should. I would not hesitate to call LNAP for any future appliance repairs.

The refrigerator began making noises, sometimes buzzing, other times grinding. There was a quantity of water in the bottom crisper and on the shelves. We called Lake Norman Appliance Repair (the company had done repairs for us in the past). Sean arrived at 6 on Saturday evening. He told us later he already knew what the problem was when he arrived. He dismantled the floor of the freezer compartment to expose the cooling coils. Ice had accumulated and the fan that circulated air over the cooling coils was hitting the ice that had frozen around it. Sean solved the problem by forcing hot water down the tube that drains defrost water to the evaporation pan under the refrigerator. The tube had clogged after 15 years of service causing the defrost water to back up and refreeze or overflow into the lower compartment. Sean is a true professional. He knows the appliances so he can work quickly with no waster time or motion. He is polite and friendly. It was important to us that he made our service call after 6 on a Saturday.
