Daniel arrived on time and set to work right away. We knew there was a blockage somewhere in our gutters because we had seen water pouring over during the last heavy rain. As it turned out, Daniel had to dismantle a section of gutter in order to remove 2 blockages. One was an old tennis ball and the other included some roofing debris. I appreciated his experience with these matters and would definitely use his services again for gutter cleaning or window washing.

Arrived on time. He was efficient and did a fine job.

Perfect. I have hired Daniel Olds several times over the past several years to do my gutter cleaning. He has always done a superb job. Listens to my concerns about the ladder and the roof. He is thorough and pleasant and fairly priced. This time I had him install downspout guards so leaves won't get raiinswept from the gutters into the downspouts which would cause trouble for the underground drainage. Also, he washed all my windows and glass doors inside and out. And then, he pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk....they look like new now. He was careful to not use excessive pressure at my request. Everything turned out extremely well. I will continue to hire Daniel for all these things as time goes by and on a regular three times a year basis to keep my gutters clean and rid of leaves and debris. I recommend him highly. He is easy to contact and returns calls readily.

They were very prompt and friendly. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they left and if they had moved outside furniture to get to the windows, they put it back. They were very thorough and asked if everything was satisfactory before they left!! Great job!

Arrived when promised. Did good job in cleaning gutters. Cleaned up afterwards. All in all provided excellent service.

King Squeegee has not only cleaned our deck and porch but we have used them for gutter cleaning and washing the house too. We always go to them to use them because they are great. They are always very polite. Only the owner comes out for our house always because the owner knows after the first time we ever used the service I was the first person to write an Angie's List review.

Two people showed up on schedule, and promptly proceeded to set up and start the job. They were well coordinated. the job was somewhat complicated as a result of minor storm damage to house, and broken limbs in the front yard. They covered a broken window, to prevent water damage to the interior of the house. The job was completed in good order leaving the house and windows spotless.

The gutters had been neglected for several years by the previous owner and needed thorough cleaning, and this company was able to schedule me within a few days, and on a Saturday. They were on time, and worked about 5 hours and did a thorough job. They were courteous and professional. I was extremely satisfied.

Found them on Angie's List after having been dissatisfied with previous similar service companies. These guys were super. Measured house gutters and confirmed price given over phone. THEIR PHONE NUMBER ON ANGIES LIST PAGE IS INCORRECT......THEIR CORRECT PHONE NUMBER IS ....704-799-9274 They gave me an appointed time the same day I phoned and were here they worked me in that very afternoon. They had all the correct and appropriate equipment, i.e., the ladders were configured properly for roof and gutter access. I specified that I didn't want any walking on the roof but they should simply use ladder all the way around the house; they complied. They worked efficiently and gently and were careful with their ladders around my plant beds so as to not do plant damage. I am very pleased with them and will have them back at the end of fall and beginning of winter to clean out remainder of leaves at that time. I will also have them back in the spring to deal with tree pollen that collects in my gutters. Learned that they do window washing too. Plan to use them for that in spring. Good work and reasonably priced. And easy to get on the phone.

King squeegee came on time ,cleaned and washed the gutters and bagged the debris . When the job was complete they took the garbage and left. They were very professional ,and the gutters looked and worked great.

This is our 4th time using King and I've written one review before for him. This company is top notch. Excellent service, professional and tidy. I have and will continue to use them.

We have them every year for gutter cleaning. They always do excellent job on cleaning gutters and cleaning up after the job is done. The guys come out to our house are always courteous and friendly. For the price they perform the service, we have no complaint what so ever.

Dan did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. He was very thorough in making sure my gutters were free of debris--requiring him to both blow out the leaves and rinse out certain sections--and spent over two hours doing the work. I would most definitely use him again!

I have hired King Squeegee to cleanout our homes gutters annualy for four years. The owner and his help do a very detailed job. They remove leaves and needles completely. They take all of that away with them. No mess at all when they are working or when they are done. I also had them clean the outside of the gutters to remove the mildew stripes that had began to appear on our 8 yr old home. Wow! The gutters looked brand new! It was a great to see the professionalism and kind manner once again. I am very pleased with the cost and the finished resluts. I highly recommend King Squeegee.

We have used King Squeegee in the past and we keep going back to them, because they were punctual, courteous, and friendly. Even the very young guys who worked at my house were very well trained. My neighbors (multiple of them) use them and are all very happy with Kind Squeegee.

They were good. They did a good job at a reasonable price. I don't remember the cost for their services. I would hire them again in the future.

They did a good job and compared to other places I called, they were less expensive. I use them every year to clean our gutters. When they do the job they clean up so well that it would look like they had not been here.

It went very well. Dan brought 2 young men. He was on time. He spent approximately 1/2 the day working with the men. They were finished at approximately 6:30 PM. It is not that big a house but has many angular features to the roof line. It was staffed correctly for what they were doing. I'm very please with all aspects of the finished product.

I have had this job done by various companies over the past 5 years and it has always taken at least twelve hours (7-7) for a crew of 3-4 workers. Daniel dropped off 1 young man on the first morning , who though very pleasant and hard working, told my husband that he had not been doing this work for very long. By the end of the first day it was obvious that he was completely overwhelmed. The screens were stacked on the front porch with various latches missing and he was no where near finished. I guess that only 1 day/1person had been allotted for this job, as returning to finish the next day was a hassel. He arrived about noon and hurriedly began to clean the outside of the windows many of which are three stories up. Noon next day he arrived. I had already inspected the job and was not at all happy with the quality of the wash but I only asked him to redo the outside of those that do not open and therefore I can't get to and a round third story window that had been missed. He willingly complied and those windows were better though in cleaning the high round window he obliviously dripped on the windows directly below. He replaced the screens. I later discovered a screen missing but when I asked Daniel about it he said that a screen had been missing from a similar window in the first place. I had never "noticed" a missing screen, but the window he cited was in a little used room,.......so I let that go. The sills were all dirty as well as the door tracks,...but I really didn't want to deal with this anymore. The inside of the windows were all done on the first day as it was raining off and on. Many of them have wooden crosshatches that secure to manufactured holes in the window frame on the inside. This gives the appearance of 6 small windows instead of one large window. However, if they are not properly reinstalled (i.e. pins into the proper holes) they will not hold and will fall out of the window at various unexpected moments. By the second day into this project, two of these had already fallen out of windows in the living room and were lying on the carpet. As he (the worker) arrived I was getting the ladder out to replace these. He immediately took over this job,--but I explained the problem to him and showed him how to properly insert the hatches securely into the frames. I told him that this was very important as by falling out they not only tend to break into pieces themselves but threaten anything that is in their path on the way down. He began to recheck some of these in the living room and I assumed that he was rechecking them all, but unfortunately that was NOT the case. About the 20th of May one of these improperly reinstalled inserts fell from the library window frame crashing into the table below and destroying a costly Llardo on the table. Daniel has declined to answer either of the 2 messages that I have sent him with regard to this issue. I asked if he had liability insurance, but he still hasn't replied.

Water was pouring over my gutters which had not been cleaned recently. They are busy but we scheduled them within 10 days - not an emergency. They were right on time, stayed all day and meticulously completed their duties. You can tell they care about doing a good job. The windows are very clean and the gutters taken care of (it hasn't rained yet though).

Showed up early. Cleaned gutters and roof. My neighbor was having trees removed at the time and some of the mess was getting on my roof. The man went back over it to make sure it was clean before he left. Very good job. I will be calling them in the fall to pressure wash the house, gutters, sidewalk and driveway.

They do a professional job with the window cleaning. They are responsive, reliable and prompt. They clean up after themselves very well. I was happy with my clean windows.

Everything went very well. We thought they did a really good job, and their prices were right in line with what we expected to pay. We would highly recommend them.

They are totally professional. They wasted no time in the getting the job done and even did our patio furniture for a minor extra charge. I also like how the owner took the time to come and visit us while the job was being done.
