Description of Work: Kelly represented us as our buyer's agent. We have been working with her since November 2012.She is very patient, very prompt, and highly professional. She has found us many properties which we liked in our price range, and she has helped us through the whole home-buying process while being very patient and very responsive to any questions we had. She is a genuinely nice person and she is also good at negotiation, as she was able to get our dream home at a price lower than list price. Some people may not realize, but you can have a buyer's agent and you do not pay them - the seller of the property that you buy, usually pays them. I didn't know this as we are first-time homebuyers. Even if we had to pay for this service (which we don't - the seller is paying), I would recommend to anyone to have a buyer's agent! It takes a lot of the guesswork out of it for you. When we buy another house in 5-10 years, we will use Kelly. We have already referred several friend to her, and they are just as impressed. She is a rare find - highly ethical in the sales profession!
