JC Byrd Plumbing

I was very pleased w/JC's service and integrity. He immediately knew what the fowl odor was, we had a propane leak. Diagnosed and offered solution to fix the problem. He also offered solutions for the slow moving shower and pointed out potential problems to avoid in the future and offered reasonable solutions that we where not aware of. I am very pleased with the first visit and will hire JC for all our plumbing needs in the future. He is very reasonable and fair with the pricing of work.

He was very quick and honest. He was reliable, responsive, punctual and professional. I would use him again in the future.

He installed a new water heater. I picked him up because he was really close and he did a great job. He took a couple of hours to complete the work and he was responsive.

JC was punctual -- even a few minutes early. He indicated what was needed and how much time it would take. All went accordingly.

This service was great. They were prompt and very knowledgeable. They were very clear about what they were going to do. The worker that came said what he was going to do and then did it. After the work was done he left the place immaculate. They were very pleasant to work with. I'm going to call them again to do some more work for us.

Mr. Byrd was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to come the next day. He arrived on schedule and very quickly repaired the drain. Everything went exactly as you would hope, and I will be glad to call on him again for future plumbing work.

Mr. Byrd came at the set time went to work and did a fast, clean job.

I thought that he was also very good to work with, he came out immediately and his prices were outstanding. The prices were also much below his larger competitors and his work was excellent, we would use him again.

It was a great experience, they were very professional and on time. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he was pleasant to be around, no problems whatsoever.

Mr. Byrd came about 20 or 30 minutes before his scheduled time of 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. This was great for me because I had voiced concern about the project being finished in time for me to meet with my family for an outing later that morning. Not only was the project finished quickly, but he also cleaned up behind himself. He handed me the paperwork that went with the new faucet and carried off the old faucet and the packaging of the one he installed. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I had him give me a quote on my next project of installing a vanity in my bathroom.

If ever a person was sent from heaven, it was him. He was nice and dressed conservative. I can not give enough words to describe him.

Came on time, worked diligently until finished. I was completely satisfied with the results and my experience.

Couldn't have been better price was good and very responsive. He also came back after finished and made sure system was working properly.

This is the second time JC Byrd has repaired something for me. He responded to my call immediately. Arrived at the exact time he said he would. Was warm and friendly as always. Went to work immediately. Explained what he did and was done and out in forty minutes or less. One could not ask for more. Thank you Angie's List for having such outstanding people associated with you.

JC Byrd Plumbing worked consistently during that time fixing the leak and did a thorough job testing their work and cleaning up once the job was done. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called Mr. Byrd. He asked, "What is your problem?" I described my entire situation. He then said, "I no longer go down to Charlotte. I'm in Mooresville and only go down to Huntersville now." If true, shouldn't he start with "where do you live?" He asked that question last.

He arrived very promptly, checked and completed maintenance as needed. I felt that he solved the problem without "looking for other things" to do which would have increased the bill. He said he felt that he had completed the service but not to hesitate to call again if there was any further trouble.

As always Mr. Byrd did an excellent job. This is the 4th or 5th time I had Mr. Byrd do a job for me.

He arrived on-time & performed the work as requested. He provided advice about how much work to do. He used shoe covers to protect the carpet. His bill was actually less than I expected!

Mr. Byrd was on time and extremely professional. Not only was he meticulous (and cleaned up everything as he went), but he was also efficient. He was in and out of my house in an hour. I was amazed. I have recommended him to my friends, and he is the first one I'd call if I had any future plumbing problems. Terrific job. Old fashioned work ethic. Very reasonable prices.

JC came out and worked on the well, replacing a couple parts and determining the trouble which was a leak in the line. He arranged for another day to come and do the work. He subcontracted with a landscape co. to run the piping under the drive way and out to the garden. I found it frustrating that even with the lines marked our phone and cable lines were cut by the landscape co. JC tried to fix them as it would be later the next day before the cable co. could come out, but it didn't work. JC ran a flexible line along the front of the house until he was past the garage, then ran it under the house to the opposite end. He put a faucet on the outside where we wanted it. He came across as very knowledgeable.

Very good! Takes his time to answer questions, knows what he is doing! I would recommend him.

When I called, I actually talked with Mr. Byrd. I was impressed not getting voice mail. Fortunately for me, he was available the same morning that I called. He came within 1 1/2 hours after I called. Since this was a holiday weekend (Friday), the other company I called was closed Friday - Monday - wouldn't be be able to come until Tuesday. Mr. Byrd was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, got to work immediately, and did a fine job for me. Before he began working, he told me approx how long it would take and it was right on target. I was very pleased with his work. I'll call him again when I need a plummer. And I'll recommend him to my family and friends. He gave me a discount being an Angie's List member which pleased me.

Great, fast, cleaned up, 30 minutes or so and they were done.

He was excellent! He knew exactly what he was doing. Overall this was a terrific experience.
