Description of Work: We had a clogged toilet. Mr Byrd responded promptly and fixed the problem the same day we called. Professional and knowledgeable, would definetly hire again

Description of Work: Date very approximate. Plumber simply tightened a bushing and did not charge us -- actually I think we were on his way home, so it wasn't even out of his way.

Description of Work: JC Byrd did two jobs for us: 1. he fixed the diaphragm that prevents sewer gasses from leaking back into the sink at our kitchen sink location. 2. He also replumbed the kitchen sink drain and replaced the flapper on our mater bath toilet. Each job cost right at $100. Both were done quickly and well. We were very pleased with his work and responsiveness.

Description of Work: cleared kitchen drain. Removed old bathroom faucets and replaced with new. Repaired toilets. The tasks were difficult because of the age of the house. New faucets were not solidly fixed to the counter. That is only issue.

It went great.

MR. BYRD, WHO HAS DONE WORK FOR US PREVIOUSLY, IS QUIET, COURTEOUS AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. I DID NOT THINK THAT WE SHOULD HAVE HAD TO CALL HIM TO REMOVE THE FILTER HOUSING, AND THE TOILET STILL BUMPS THE WALL. THE FAUCET WORKS, BUT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO AN IRRIGATION PIPE WHICH IS IN THE LAKE, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. THIS WAS 3 MONTHS AGO.

HE IS A GREAT GUY! HE CAME OUT ON THE WEEKEND AFTER HOURS AND HE DIDNT BURN US WITH COST! HE WAS SO NICE, HE EVEN CAME BACK AND PUT A FILTER BETWEEN OUR WELL AND OUR HOUSE TO FILTER SOME OF THE CRUD OUT OF THE WATER. HE COMES ALL WEIRD HOURS.
