+ -1 moreJeff came the same afternoon I called him since I was without a fridge. He gave me a quote on the phone and charged less than A&E. He was more thorough than A&E in testing the fridge and very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Replaced the relay on my 2 year old refrigerator. Whirlpool had sent their warranty company, A&E, to look at the fridge. I declined A&E's quote for repair and knew what the problem was when I called Jeff.

+ -1 moreASKED FOR A DEPOSIT FOR PARTS, WHICH WEREN'T ORDERED PROMPTLY. HE DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR MY $100 DEPOSIT OR THE WORK HE PERFORMED. DID NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY TO MY CALLS, NOR WILL HE RESPOND NOW. THE WASHER SOUNDS LIKE A RAGGED TRUCK. POLITE, BUT NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: Fixed water pump on washer. Hired on Friday, thought he would be finished quickly, but it was nearly a week.
