+ -1 moreWarning to anyone wanting to purchase a jetski lift or receive service on it . Jordan I’m sure will be happy to sell you one. As for providing service he has personally told me he does not provide service. He says he can’t make any money on service. Granted I did not purchase my lift from him but he agreed to service my lift and I made an appointment with him almost 8 weeks in advance. I have no issue paying him whatever it would take to service my lift. That said, I called him the day prior to the appointment and he put me off for 2 weeks and then another week. I then called him again the evening prior to our agreed service appointment and he tells me he doesn’t want to provide service. What kind of business is this? One that I feel that prospective clients need to know what kind of business owner Jordan is. What a shame, I felt compelled to write this review to warn you!!

Description of Work: Adjusted and leveled the HydroHoist lift mechanism, removed old support wood, did minor repairs to boards and rubber/vinyl coverings on our floating dock. Very capable, skilled and knowledgeable service provider.

Description of Work: Installed a boat lift for us and widened the dock. Wayne was quick to come by an provide a quote and once we agreed on price and a start date his folks arrived quickly to start with widening the dock. He also recommended an electrician to run power to the dock who was very professional and performed his work closely aligned to Wayne's folks. Wayne's crew was equally professional and when they found out that the colors of the existing floor boards was no longer available Wayne went out of his way to find a match. Overall the service that Wayne and the recommended electrician (David) provided was very good. |However, driving new pilings and removing the old ones was subcontracted and that part of the job did not go well. Driving new pilings delayed the work mid process, then the barge was broken and was sitting at my shoreline for weeks, due to the broken barge one of the old pilings was not removed right away and ended up being there all winter and was not removed until the beginning of spring. In addition, the people from the sub-contractor were not professional, showed up without notifying us, or we would notice them on our dock and then disappearing again without informing us.

Description of Work: We had an emergency repair needed for our boat lift, and Hi and Dri was able to get over and do a partial repair very quickly. They did a good job, and we appreciated their ability to get over and help us out so quickly. It did take them several weeks to get back to complete the job, but meanwhile our boat was safe.

+ 0 moreHi and Dri came out to perform a repair on a boat lift that they had installed new for me back in 1997. I've never had any problems with the lift in 14 years, so called them for the repair. Called one day, and they came out the next day. They made quick work of the job, and got my boat lift repaired in 1 hour. They had the necessary parts with them, and offered some good tips on some preventive maintenance I could do on the lift to prevent problems. Hopefully it will last another 14 years! Would definitely recommend them to others that are in need of boat lift installation or repair.
Description of Work: Repair on a floating boat lift attached to a floating dock. Had to replace the bolts in the inge mechanism attaching the lift to the dock.

+ -1 moreWe had an excellent experience and strongly recommend this family-owned and operated business. We originally planned to install a new lift and just happened to ask if any used lifts in good conditon were available. The answer was yes and the lift, which was guaranteed for one year, was installed as promised and the work was done on time. Shortly after installation we needed a minor adjustment which was made promptly and without charge. It is two years later and we've had no problems at all.
Description of Work: Wayne and his sons sold and installed a used boat lift for us.
