The whole experience went very well. Greg returned my initial call within one day and came to give a quote within a few days. The quote was competitive with the other two I received and I thought Greg's company was the best fit for the job. The job was scheduled in the time frame I chose. The crew started on a Wednesday and finished on Friday. They did a very good and thorough job of prepping all of the surfaces that were to be painted. They worked hard and we are very pleased with the final result.

Greg came right on time to give me an estimate & advised me that due to his busy schedule it would take a few weeks for my job which was no problem. On the scheduled day the painters arrived promptly. They went to work immediately covering the carpets & furniture. They worked quickly and were very competent as evidenced by the results. They did a really nice job, and I would use them in the future.

Greg communicated clearly and promptly. Everyone doing the work showed up as scheduled. They worked quickly, were courteous, and did a great job.

The two man paint crew showed up between 7:00 and 8:00 each morning and worked until 5:00 or later for 6 days in a row, including a long Saturday, to compete the job. They were highly professional, thorough and personable. The carpenter worked for two days removing and replacing rotted wood. He even had to fabricate a couple small pieces of siding since the siding on my house was no longer available. The house now looks amazingly clean and crisp....Like new! Greg has assembled a great, highly competent team; I highly recommend Greg's Custom Painting.

Would not try to contact Greg again. Feel that 3-4 attempts to get an estimate is sufficient.

I had two bedrooms and the master bedroom/bath painted. Each room was a separate color. I met with Greg Parker just after the New Year to discuss our anticipated project. We discussed the sheen level of paints and Greg made his recommendations for paint and sheen. I spent a great deal of time at Sherwin Williams deciding on the correct colors. The local S-W outlet reiterated what a terrific company Greg's Custom Painting was and told me how much I would love their work. The estimate for painting three rooms and the bath, approximately 3200 sq ft was $635 (which was a 15% labor discount) plus the cost of paint and supplies of $280.00. We considered this an excellent bid and scheduled the job for the next available slot of two days. Martin and Jose arrived promptly at 8:00 am on Thursday 1/23 and Friday1/24. We walked the rooms and talked about what colors had been selected. I pointed out that one of our beds was an antique and very fragile. Martin was very receptive to this important information and he and Jose obviously took great care to treat it delicately. The first day, they completed the master bedroom and master bath, plus one of the bedrooms. Before painting, they taped off all the trim, moldings and areas not to be painted. They sanded rough spots on the walls, repaired nail pops and any inconsistencies of the wall surface prior to painting. Each room received two (2) coats of paint. I cannot stress how pleased we are with the job. At the end of each day, Martin and Jose cleaned up after themselves so well, one would not have known that workman had been in the house.

The first person I talked to about repairing and painting our house trim did not want to undertake such a big job. The second, gave me an acceptable estimate, but never showed to do the work. That's when I decided to join Angie's List -- and found Greg's Custom Painting. Greg Parker returned my call promptly and arranged to meet with me at a time convenient to my schedule. He took notes as I pointed out areas of concern and assured me his carpenters could do the necessary repairs and get the job done by my deadline. A couple of days later, I received his estimate. It was clearly worded and detailed, so I knew what I was paying for. It also warned me that additional repairs could be required. If so, I would be told before they were addressed. Greg's crew arrived on schedule, worked hard while they were there and picked up the site at the end of each day. They were pleasant and courteous. They even worked on the weekend to make up for time lost due to rain during the week. Not surprisingly, more rotten areas were discovered while they worked. As promised, Greg discussed these findings with me. I agreed that the additonal work needed to be done. Before expecting payment, Greg walked the job with my husband to be sure everything was done satisfactorily. Because we did not have our new front door ready to be hung, the carpenters would need to return a couple of weeks later. Even though I'm sure it wasn't convenient for them, they did just that. Thanks to Greg Parker & his crew the outside of our home looks new again!

Awesome experience! Greg's workers were professional, polite, punctual....and GOOD! His team conducted regular quality control checks to be sure all work was accomplished the right way and it paid off.....very, very happy with the results. Greg's bid came in just a bit higher than others I received, but his reputation made me feel good about spending a few more dollars for quality workmanship.

Everything went great. Greg came for the estimate and was very detailed. He recommended a paint that was more durable for us given that we have small children. He also pointed out an old leak in the ceiling that other companies did not notice. He was quick with his estimate, good at setting expectations and overall very pleasant to work with through the process. Greg's crew was on time every day and very courteous. They were also efficient and detailed in their work. The project manager stopped by the second day to check on the progress. Greg also stopped by to check on things later in the day. The crew was able to finish things a day earlier than expected. What impressed me the most was that it was after 5pm the day before Thanksgiving when the crew leader took me around for a final walk through and pointed out issues that the crew needed to fix that I didn't even notice. Most people would have probably been glad that I didn't notice and headed home for the holiday. Instead, he pointed it out and fixed everything to my satisfaction before leaving. They did a great job cleaning up and left the house the way they found it with the exception of beautiful new paint! I highly recommend Greg's Custom Painting.

They did a great job. They spent a lot of time on the prep work. (sanding, patching etc). The garage needed a lot of repairs. It looks like new again. The previous painter we used did very little prep and it shows.

They did a small job for me once before and it was excellent. This time....... sand, prime, plus 2 coats of paint on kitchen cabinets and cabinets in two bathrooms. Greg came to do estimate. He was patient with me as it then took me a long time to choose a paint color. Then he and Meredith scheduled the job. The crew was very good in their work and behavior; punctual, neat, etc. They paint like artists. They removed the cabinet doors from the hinges and worked on the doors in the garage area. After completion Greg's project manager came by to thoroughly inspect and had the crew tend to a few minor things. Greg is incredibly organized and efficient in running his business, much more so than any other contractor I have ever hired. Impressive. He is extremely knowledgeable about products and process and made valuable suggestions and gave useful advice. Answers phone calls and emails promptly. Yes, the caulking is superb. The paint job is elegant. His process and quality of materials are top notch. I will definitely hire Greg again, when need be.

Greg's Custom Painting, Inc. had done a wonderful painting job on the exterior of our home in the past, so we were thrilled that he would take on our smaller interior paint job ( a built in entertainment center). The job that Greg's team did was excellent!! His team of painters were polite, professional and always punctual. His project manager was very detailed and checked all the work to make sure we were happy with the quality of the work. I had crown molding put in my foyer and kitchen. Greg and his crew did the caulking, puttying and painting. He used a high gloss paint and I love the way it looks. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Outstanding job by this crew of three painters. Showed up each and every day at 8:00 and worked until 6:30 or 7:00 each night. Lead painter did a great job of directing the day to day activities. Owner of the company, Greg Parker, was also on site most days to evaluate the progress and quality of the work. Ran into a problem trying to get the old floor and the new floor to look the same with a semi-transparent stain. Owner ok'ed a complete sanding of the old floor ( not in the original scope of work) in an attempt to get the old and new floors to match up. This was done at no additional cost to me. The final result was better than I had hoped for. I would highly recommend this vendor for any painting job you might have. High quality work and hard working people with one goal of customer satisfaction.

I asked for estimates from three painting contractors that I found on Angie's list. All three had excellent reviews. Greg had the lowest estimate, so I decided on using him for the work. He is very easy to work with, extremely accommodating and a true professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail of his crew. Prior to painting, they made numerous drywall touch-ups to existing imperfections that I had never noticed. They also laid plastic on the hardwood floors and sealed off the Dining room to keep drywall dust contained. They did a good job of clean up as well. There was a minor issue with some of the drywall repairs in that the cracks reappeared in one area. There was absolutely no problem in getting this addressed and fixed. I will definitely use Greg for any future needs.

We received 3 estimates. Greg's was in the middle. Greg helped us with our color selections and wrote a very detailed estimate. Greg's project manager and 2 excellent painters were at the job site when scheduled and we discussed every aspect of the work to be performed. The manager placed tape on the walls to be painted with instructions as to the number of coats and type of paint to used, so there would be no confusion on our part or theirs. The 2 painters worked from 8 - 5 Tuesday thru Friday, at which time Greg decided to add a 3rd painter on Saturday to complete the job. At 6:30PM on Saturday, we reviewed their work and could not find anything wrong. Everything was perfect. Being around construction all my life, it was unbelievable how impressive Greg's Custom Painting was to work with from start to finish. Everyone took pride in their work, as if they were painting their own houses. If you want to be completely satisfied, please use Greg's Custom Painting.

Everything went very well, they showed up everyday, got the job finished when they said they would and have since come back (after payment, which is huge with contractors!) to touch up some places we missed on the final walk-thru. We will def. use them again.

Two painters started on Monday morning and were completed by Friday afternoon. Painters were very professional, respected our property and were willing to start with whatever room we wanted. They worked by completing each room as they went so that at the end of each day the room(s) they worked on were complete. Greg checked in on painters each day and made sure we were satisfied.

Great work for a great price. They did a professional job - clean, paid attention to detail. We liked them so much we are having him do some exterior work for us. Highly recommend!

We researched Greg's Custom Painting through Angie's List and they provided us a detailed estimate with a price that was competitive with two other estimates we received. The estimate included a thorough cleaning, any needed wood repair, caulking, shutter and trim painting, and two coats sprayed on the house and separate garage. Wood repair job was more extensive ( and expensive) than what was included on the estimate, but Greg warned us that might be the case. Fortunately the carpenter was skilled and did a good job on the needed repairs. They advertise that they caulk a lot and they definitely do that, everything that needed sealing got the attention it needed. I was concerned about spraying vs brushing, but the coverage seems good and it is a less expensive way of applying the paint. Of course there are some over spray issues when it is applied that way, but not so much to be a real concern. Any exterior painting job is going to cause somewhat of a mess, and any major clean up issues were taken care of during final inspection. I requested they clean the exterior of the windows since they were streaked from the cleaning process and they did it without complaint. Greg or his supervisors made sure that any concerns were addressed before final payment would be required, and everything was done to our satisfaction. The painting crews were mostly Hispanic, but usually someone spoke enough English to communicate our concerns during the painting job. If you want a reliable painting contractor who will do what they promise and deliver a quality job at a fair price, then Greg's Custom Painting is a good choice.

The whole experience was outstanding starting from his quick, courteous response to our call, the home visit to evaluate the work needed, up to the conclusion of the job. The crew showed up on the day and at the time they had said, worked diligently, then cleaned the site until they made it look like nothing had been done. Owner Greg checked that we were satisfied with the results too. The quality of the work done is just what we expected, and more. Very professional, up to the smallest detail. Greg and his team painted the walls and trim on the interior of our home. They worked with us to select the appropriate paint, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was reasonable and was quick to correct a few areas that needed rework. We will use him again in the future.

The painting turned out okay but when they pressure washed they didn't rinse it very well. They left streaks on the awnings, windows, and driveway.

The price started out relatively competitive because we were going for specific rooms. When we got their quote, we decided to do a little bit more. From a couple of rooms, we ended up doing the whole house and the garage. It wasn't fantastic but it wasn't terrible so we are kind of undecided. Their punctuality was good.
