I've used Freeze multiple times and they are always quick to respond, fix the problem, and are fairly priced. I would highly recommend them. The only issue I have is I have to pay via check vs. bank transfer. Hopefully, they can set that up soon!

They're really good. I'd just give them an A on everything. I get a whole year contract. I used them at my other house for probably about eight years. I usually get a contract for the whole year for air conditioning and heating and they do a good job - so far they have, anyway. There was one worker who came out to complete the service, and he was here probably about thirty minutes.

Freeze Refrigeration was excellent to work with while replacing our leaking coil. Their technicians listened to our concerns and responded in a friendly and professional manner. We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to contact them again. Thank you Joel and Heather!

I get billed yearly for 2 units for twice a year on the heating and ac. I trust them. I really have not suggestion to make their company better. I am satisfied with the way they are.

I think that when I call them they are very responsive, they make and appointment for that week, and they always show up, they're very good, they put the footies on to come through your house, and when they leave they let you know weather anything was wrong, and I feel that they are just very good about customer service and informing if there is any problems. Or if there is no problems. I just feel like I can trust them.

One minor installation issue was quickly resolved. They provided enough workers to complete the install quickly. Arrived on time and were very professional.

The competitive bid was awarded after a we carefully walked thru the proposal and pros and cons for the types of equipment available. It was important that I felt like it was going to be the right units for my needs (i.e. future in home). It was never a sales pitch! Worked with me on the installation date and arrived on time and left prior to 4PM. The team was professional and kind. I was pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the crew. Prior to leaving I was walked thru the paperwork and warranty. I was also shown how to use the thermostat with the manual in hand. They even gave a quick look at my prior system installed in 2012 (zone in crawlspace) and made an adjustement to the Gas Furnace as it was clear to them it had some water build up (sound was not right to their trained ear). This was an example of going outside its mandate to support me without a fee for that service. Apparently there was an issue with the drain line that needed to be recalibrated to support better flow.

It went very well. As soon as he received the part, he called us and came over the next day and installed the part within an hour as promised. As always, his technicians were on time and were very professional.

They were prompt and courteous. I liked that they came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I will use them again.

The service was great. When the inspector came to check the work they said the work was excellent. They made it really convenient for us and they did not even ask for payment until after the inspection was approved.

The person that came out was knowledgeable and friendly.

The price was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes and Freeze installed a system appropriate for the project. The installation was very well done and quick. GREAT JOB!!!

They provided quality service at a fair price in a very timely manner. We appreciated their prompt replies by phone and by email. And this was during a 13 day hot spell so I am sure they had lots of calls to answer.

They are very responsive and they get out quick to get the job done. The prices are very reasonable.
