Jeff was very knowledgeable when he came out to give me the quote. The installation crew was on time, finished on time and left the roof as clean as they found it. Good professional firm.

The Fan Man was very professional and took the time to explain all of their findings as I walked around the house with them during their audit. They provided a detailed/itemized list of action items for us to do in priority order. One of the top items was to seal the "boots" on all of our vents. We recently had a new AC installed and this should have been completed during that time. I was able to get the work done under warranty with their help. We've sense implemented about 75% of the items on the list and have seen a massive change in our utility bills. This "big deal" has definitely paid for itself many times over.

He was thorough and provided me with a report along with pictures of the area. Those areas that were displayed needed additional insulation. He provided me with an estimate of the total work and let me know that the work could possibly be eligible for a GA Power rebate.

It went very well. They were very professional. They contacted me very promptly, set up an appointment, came out exactly on time when they were supposed to come out and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They told me what they were going to do before they did it. I would definitely recommend them.

Was done quickly with no fuss. Installation was within a couple of days of the estimate.

Extremely well. The installers were a little bit late due to a previous job starting at 0630 am! They arrived at my house at 845 am. Two installers; one for the electrical portion in the attic the other workman on the roof. They were done in 60 minutes. The upstairs is now cooler without buying another air conditioner.

Excellent. Brian provided valuable information that was comprehensive and useful in helping us decide what projects we needed to do and in what order. He answered all of our questions and, ultimately this audit has saved us money as we have not had to make some of the costly changes we were considering.

He came in and sat down with us and explained how it work's and what they do to see how well the house is insulated. They did a test to see how well the heat and air conditioner would heat and cool. They also checked out the attic and the loft area and tested it as well. We had decided to have an attic fan put in the attic to help keep the loft area cooler during the wormer months. We have checked it from time to time and it work's like it should to help keep the loft cooler. They also added some blown in insulation that will last for a long time that needed to be done. They did the work with in two to three day's, the guys that did the insulation were very nice and pleasant to talk to. They laid drop cloth down to keep the carpet clean and the insulation particles off the carpet and floor and cleaned up behind them selves.

My room upstairs over the garage was always freezing in winter and cooking hot in the summer. The initial energy audit showed me where there was the possibility to address this and a couple of other areas that would enhance my overall insulation and comfort. With a very "no pressure" report they left it in my hands to move ahead when I was ready. They were great about answering questions and were flexible about scheduling the install. When they got on site they modified recommendations- but all within the established price- to give me the most effective solution. The foam board and sealing has made my room over the garage now the same temp as the other rooms upstairs- making it much more usable year round. Wish I had done this a long time ago. I would definitely use these guys in the future.

We are very pleased with their work. We had another company come out and they were so much higher. Their price was pretty good considering what they did for us. They really worked with us, we went back and forth with them trying to decide how much we wanted them to do. They priced out each part of the job so we could pick and choose what we wanted done. What I like about this is that we were debating weather to do the crawl space or just the attic area so we could decide what we wanted done or if we wanted them to do some now and some later.

Among other things, they blew insulation into the attic and came back to remedy the problem with it blowing into garage. They installed attic ventilation fan which is performing well.

He provided quotes and recommended how to insulate how to insulate above garage as well as improve ventilation for improved summer cooling. Attic above garage was not insulated. Also checked insulation above south side of house, where bedrooms do not cool efficiently.

They called and asked to come a day early because rain was in the forecast for the scheduled day. That was fine with us. Four workers worked on this project so it took little time to install it. We have not tested it yet because we need 90 degree weather for the fan to automatically come on. Fan was put on the rear of the roof so no one can see it.

It was excellent. The audit was a courtesy as part of putting the whole package together. They did a great job. I have referred him to other people here in the neighborhood.

He seemed knowledgeable and very friendly. He contacted me promptly. We didn’t have any additional work done. I might use them again.

It was a good deal. It was a positive, overall experience. I think they had a few issues but the owners compensated for the issue and we still continued with the job and completed it. I had purchased a Big Deal for the service and they provided the service for that, and subsequent to that, there was an add on that they offered and I bought. There were a few issues that arose because of late arrival or miscommunication. They acknowledged that and compensated my time for that, and that was fair.

Great contractor, prompt, direct, professional, and knowledgeable. I subsequently contracted to have additional insulation and a thermal barrier installed. They did excellent work and the 2 servicemen were very cordial and accommodating. They returned to complete work and address areas that I wanted taped down better. Overall they did great work.

They did a really good job. There was a little noise issue with the fan, but I called them a couple days later and they came back and fixed the issue promptly.

It was great. They did the work quickly and well. They waited for a month after I bought the big deal per my request.

They come on time and clean but too costly for 1170 sq small condo.

Install was quick, and easy. Their two man crew was prompt, wasted no time going right to work. They cleaned up and was finished in less than 1.5 hours. Impressive. They knew what they were doing and it appears that they did it right as I have had no problems with their job

Scheduling was OK. They called and were out within a few days for an assessment and completed the work about a week later. The assessment was done pretty thoroughly and they seemed to be competent with the installation.

Prompt, local, and professional. new fan has more capacity for (hopefully) somewhat lower electric bills and is more quiet. I would use Fanman again.

I only paid him $40 dollars, but the advice was worth thousands.
