They had a device that could detect through the walls the space lacking in adequate insulation. They were very easy to work with and also very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Ad made me assume I would get an evaluation of attic ventilation. Salesman came out and said Yep, you have soffit and ridge vents so maybe we can install a couple of attic fans. Should have known that for $49 all I paid for was his gas and time to try and sell me something. Don't know if I will bite the bait for their $99 blower door test.

Description of Work: We heard about fan man from friends and advertising. We needed a fan in the attic and we needed the attic pull down stairs sealed. They did all the work. The spare bedroom has no cooling issues or heat loss due to the "tent" at the pull down stairs. Love it. It is easy to open when you need attic access.

Description of Work: We did an Infrared Home Energy Analysis to address the issue of certain areas of our home getting cold. The analysis wasn't too bad and we didn't have too many leaks. FanMan suggested to get more insulation added to our attic, around the chimney and area above tray ceiling in our bedroom. We also ended up installing an attic fan to help with the summer heat. |Brian Martin from FanMan was very professional and puntual. He explained the details of infrared analysis very well and was prompt in giving the estimates and performing the work. | |Unfortunately, the addition insulation did not help much with keeping the home warm during winter but we did see some improvement in the temperature upstairs during summer.
