 + 0 moreI called Ernie to have him come look over what was to be done and to discuss cost and schedule. I felt the estimate was fair and I knew the estimate would be the same as the final price. I provided Ernie a check for a 50% deposit prior to beginning the work. He gets the paint I request and all needed materials. At the conclusion of the project I paid him the final 50%. I am very pleased with his work and we are already planning next spring's project.
Description of Work: This is the second year I've used Ernie Garcia to paint for me. This year it was two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 5 closets. This crew always does a great job and are so pleasant to work with. Ernie comes to provide the estimate and then he and/or some of his crew are on site to perform the work with Ernie checking in a couple of times each day. This year the work took 2 1/2 days to complete. Ernie always makes sure that the job is done right, exactly according to the plan, and that clean up leaves everything just right.
