The water turned green after weekly cleaning, they fixed it but never showed for their next cleaning and I have not heard from them since.
Description of Work: Hired them to come out once a month to take care of my pool.

Response from Endless Cleaning And Pool Service
We were hired to come out weekly for cleanings and did just that every Wednesday for 2 months. After the customer's yard was mowed grass was blown into the pool causing high phosphates to cloud it. We were not contacted and made aware of the situation. Upon arriving the next Wednesday for her scheduled cleaning she informed us that she had contacted another service to come and clear her pool and that our services were no longer needed. We would have gladly come out and fixed the issue if we had been made aware of it at no additional charge except for whatever chemicals needed to be added.
