This Company has missed appointments with us and strung us along. We built our home last summer and they pre-wired the house. Now that we moved in it was time for completion. In late April we scheduled an appointment for them to come back out to double check everything for the completion of wiring. They missed this appointment, It was re-schduled for another date where they were to show at 6pm, they were late. After they came to our house in April the appoinment to hook up the monitor and sensors was scheduled for Monday May14th to complete the install. They needed to go through the entire house for this including the garage so we put our St. Bernanrd in the backyard. (in the summer the St. Bernanrd stays in the garage where its cooler for him). No one arrived at 8am and we finally called the office at 10 to find out the status. This is when a lady let us know they had sent the guy to Raleigh and FORGOT they made the appt with us!!! They rescheduled for Friday at the end of the week, 05/18/12. That Thursday evening they called to say they couldn't come thier guy was still working on the Raleigh job. They reschduled for Friday, May 25th. We got another call, they needed to reschedule again. It was rescheduled for Tuesday, May 29th. On May 29th we again put the St. Bernard outside and they were to arrive at 8am. It was 9 am and still no show. We called and they said they would be there at 10. They didn't show up until 11. (3 hours later than what we were told!!!) I feel taken advantage of and our St. Bernard suffered as well since they didn't come at all the orginal day they told us they would and on the day they finally came they came late!!

DeTech was very professional and cooperated with a lengthy remodel project, coming in at the appropriate times to do the wiring and then final install. This was one of few aspects of the remodel that went without a hitch.
