David Douthit came the same day as called to diagnose our problem and give us an estimate. Work was done a couple of days later, as promised. He was prompt, cordial, and an excellent worker. We have had no problems with the new water heater. Will use him again for any plumbing work.

The repair was a little tricky, but David was patient and did a great job

Old boy network. He gave a quote. I then called another plumber for a quote. Fifteen minutes before his scheduled appointment time he canceled. He said he would not quote against his friend. I will never use any company from this Mayberry town. I get Charlotte businesses when I need services.

Very courteous and professional service. Returned initial call within 30 minutes of leaving a message and he was at the house within an hour. Removed and replaced the water heater, inspected the installation, cleaned up, and reviewed the operation of the new water heater with me before leaving. From initial call to project complete was approximately 4 hours.

David unclogged the drain in my bathroom, then checked all other drains in my house - he ended up unclogging two more drains that I didn't even know were bad.

Went very well!! David was on time, actually a little early, beat me to the house as I was coming from work. He explained to me what the issues were, showed me each part that he replaced and explained what was going on. He could have probably charged me a fortune for the upstairs bathroom as we had no idea what was wrong but thought it was something very simple and said we should try that first to see if it doesn't correct the situation before we would start cutting through walls etc. I would highly recommend David and will definitely use him again should the need arise!!!

I called at 5:30 pm and he answered his phone and said he would come and check on the leak/broken water heater. He explained that it needed replacing. The next day he called with an estimate and the following day installed it. Very professional.

He was okay and fair. He was nice and accommodating. He came out at the time and did the work. I was having trouble getting someone to come out. He cut the wire and then realized after he did it that all he had to do was take the sleeve off and untwist it. It wasn't a perfect fit. He didn't have the knowledgeable level to know just to take it off instead of having to splice the wire. I might use him in the future.
