 + -1 moreI called and left a message for Rick Elling and told him of the need to start up my irrigation system and to put down pine needles in my back yard. He returned my call and we agreed on a date and time for him to come to my house and give me an estimate. Rick never showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call. I rearranged my schedule to be home but my time was of no consequence to Rick. To me, this is the epitome of non-professionalism and arrogance. I would never recommend Rick to anyone for anything!

 + -1 moreMy overall experience with Breece Landscaping was extremely positive. Rick Elling was very helpful and informative. The owner, Robert, and the crew were very professional, meticulous, and eager to please. They cleaned up after the job was done. They went above and beyond the contracted services.
Description of Work: Graded and put sod in front and sides of property; graded, seeded, and put straw in back yard; redesigned front plant beds, rearranged plants; created new plant beds on side of house; planted new shrubs; added top soil and mulch to all planting beds; installed stepping stone walkway; had Irrigation Solutions redo the irrigation system because the company who installed it did not do it correctly. Irrigation Solutions(company that Breece works with) installed new zones, drip lines for the beds, changed heads appropriately, replaced controller with rain sensor, installed a backflow preventer (which is required by law and not done by the company who I hired to install the irrigation system).

 + 0 moreThey responded promptly to a request for a quote which was provided at the time of the site visit. Work was performed a week later using good quality materials. Pricing was fair. Work crew was very well qualified, required little direction, arrived as scheduled and showed pride in their work. Work was done in very professional manner including a thorough clean up. This is a family business which values quality work, their reputation and customer service. This experience was a superior improvement over other landscaping services I have used.
Description of Work: Installed sod (approx. 3,600 SF), irrigation and mulch.
