Betts-Byrnes Remax Team are the very first realtors I ever worked with who have a mobile app and it was so fabulous! I could carry them around with me and they were always just one click away and I could send them an e-mail or click to call them immediately. Also on their app I could search for a home by zip code, neighborhood, schools and more search options. Also their app has a buyers form so if I saw a home I liked, all I had to do was use their app to take a picture of it and they would be sent an e-mail that included a picture of the home and a GPS location so they could see exactly where the house was located. Their app also has a preferred lender button so I could complete a form and easily work with and pre-qualify for a mortgage. They also have a business directory so once we moved in, I could easily contact all of the people I needed to help get things settled as needed in our new home. Kathy & Patti are excellent Realtors. They are very personable and very knowledgeable and having a mobile app made a huge difference to the buying process. It was like having Kathy & Patti with me all the time, even when I went driving around looking for homes on my own. I highly recommend Kathy & Patti. They are professional, truly caring and very personable. I have also witnessed friends who have used them to sell a home and they use traditional marketing techniques coupled with their new mobile app to sell homes very quickly and streamline the entire process for both the seller and the new buyer.

She keeps in touch regularly with me and has her own news letter that she sends out each month. She always lets me know of any updates in the observer home. She created a beautiful flyer on our home for potential buyer to view.
