+ -1 moreThis was a really badly timed disaster since it occurred at 4 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. I called my regular plumber, left a message that it was an emergency since we had shut the water off to the entire house to halt the damage and waited an hour. When they hadn't called back I got on the Facebook page for our neighborhood and found out about Ben Franklin/Hall's Plumbing in Statesville. I gave their 800 customer service number a call and within a few minutes Mr. Hall, the owner, called me to say he would be there in an hour. He was and gave me a list of services and prices so that I knew what my cost would be. He fixed the pipe, gave me some advice about issues that had occurred with similar pipes in houses in our neighborhood and told me about their annual service contract. I signed up the very next day.
Description of Work: Fixed a burst pipe in our 2nd floor walk in attic that had caused flooding in our 1st floor master bedroom.
