I called a couple of different plumbers that I found on Angie's list about mid-afternoon on the 23rd. Brian called me back at about 6:30 pm. He could not come that night but said he would try to fit me into a window of time he had in the morning (Christmas Eve). He called around 9:00 am (as promised) and said he would be here in about 15 minutes, which he was. He was polite, professional and unclogged the disposal! I truly appreciated him being so responsive right at Christmas time!

Excellent! I have used Brian Bearden several times in the past. This went the same as all the past visits. He was on time, efficient and had the best prices on work. This took him about a half hour. In the past he has put new faucets in the kitchen of two of my houses. He replaced a drain in a bathtub and stabilized the shower plate in my shower. I have him scheduled to assist us in finishing our basement where he will be installing a bathroom, kitchen sink and a beverage bar. He has done several jobs for a ton of my friends. He comes highly recommended.

Brian Bearden came to my home within a short time of my phone call. His truck appeared and he was courteous and polite. Brian immeditely went to the bathroom and went to work. He had the right part and completed the job with in a hours time. I definitely will use him again.

I cannot give Brian a better review or recommendation. He was on-time, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. His rates came in a little less than the other two quotes I received but I mainly chose him because he didn't seem like a used car salesman like the other 2 guys I had out here. He worked hard and stayed late until the project was complete -- even making an extra 45 minute trip to Lowe's to buy parts that were less than $2.00. He really wanted to do the job right and earn my business for future projects. In addition to the work we had agreed upon, he discovered an old, cracked pipe underneath the house that another plumber had left no more than a month earlier. The bad pipe was big and the two cracks were huge and very obvious to the eye -- the first plumber had been working in that exact area the month before so it was clear that he didn't care enough to even tell me. Since this bad pipe was a return pipe (a pipe that only takes water away from the house as opposed to a pipe that brings water in to the house), I would have never known there was a bad pipe underneath the house unless I had crawled under there myself and discovered all the standing water in the crawlspace -- which of course is terrible for your foundation and can lead to structural issues over time. Brian told me about it and replaced it without asking for any extra money to do so. I have decided to mail him a tip for his honesty and for the integrity in his work. You don't have to look any further for a great plumber -- call him!
