+ -1 moreThe first guy that came out wanted me to sign up for $200 more saying we had more pest problems. They were really good about sending another guy out to fix the issue. The other guy said we did not have any problem.

+ -1 moreArrow was chosen because they had what I considered a good treatment plan and a reasonable initial treatment cost. I plan to continue to have them do an annual inspection at a cost of $260.00/year which will include replacing the baits and structural repairs should it ever become necessary. The long term cost was about mid-range for the three companies. My house has a basement and a slab floor in the garage. The two service men arrived on time and completed the work in about two hours. They: .1) trenched about 3/4 of the exterior of the house and applied the termiticide in the trenches; 2) drilled the garage slab and a basement patio area on an 18-24 inch pattern and injected termiticide into the holes; 3) patched/filled the drill holes; 4) covered/filled the trench around the house; 5) placed 23 bait stations at intervals around the entire house; 6) cleaned up their works areas and left. Every individual I worked with and talked to on the phone was very courteous and thorough in their explanations. Any questions I had were fully answered. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process.
Description of Work: When stripping wallpaper I found termite damage in the sheetrock. I called three companies from those listed on Angies List and received estimates for treatment from all three. Each company had a slightly different approach; one recommended a chemical treatment around the perimeter of the house plus drilling into the garage slab and injection ($1600.00); the second recommended chemical treatment ($1300.00) plus the addition of bait stations with long term monitoring. The bait stations would not have the chemical bait installed unless there was indication of active termites at the stations, hence the need for long term monitoring with an annual inspection and annual fee; the third company (Arrow) followed a similar plan as number two, but would install active baits in the bait stations and did an active chemical treatment to about 3/4 of the exterior perimeter ($768.00). All companies offered and recommended an annual inspection and insurance plan. The costs of these plans varied.

Description of Work: They did a great job to treat the entire perimeter of the house with their Sentricon system and performed a liquid treatment in the crawl space. They were very professional, thorough in their explanations and detail, on-time and courteous. I look forward to our mid year check-up. Thanks again!
