water heater repair
+ -1 moreCan't say enough about the service I received from this company. I awoke in the AM to a leaking water heater in my garage. I needed to get someone out ASAP to diagnose the problem and either make the repair or provide a quick turn replacement. Within 30 minutes of placing the call, they were at my house to take care of the problem. They had attempted to repair the heater, but after conferring with the manufacturer (Rheem) it was determined that the unit was un-repairable and I would need a new water heater. They were able to get Rheem to authorize an in-warranty replacement and I had a new water heater installed and running within just a few short hours! They were prompt, courteous and very honest. On a side not, they replaced a section of drywall for me in my garage (AT NO CHARGE!) made by a previous contractor that had been out to fix a cracked pipe several months back. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this service provider.
Description of Work: Delivered and installed replacement water heater. Added pedestal and thermal expansion tank required to bring site up to local code.
