We will never use this company again. They were not upfront on their labor charge for a part under warranty and then threatened us to send us to collections when we asked to meet them half way. They also tried selling us an air scrubber yet neglected to tell us the reason we are having a mold issue is because the seal between the house and the unit has holes in it. They also did not put back things moved to get to the unit and crawl space. It is unfortunate that there are companies out there who choose to do business in this manor.
Description of Work: The unit stopped working and was still under warranty which included parts and labor.

I’m so sorry to hearing that,like we already told you over and over again we are not AFFORABLE COMFORT we’re AIRTECH LLC a totally diferente company ,the parts are under warranty but we have to charge for labor other wise we’ll be out of business””.We like to provide are customers with an excellent service that’s the reason why we have nothing but 5 stars review . We are very concerned about this matter ,we trying to offer the best service we can ,the only thing we ask is for is for a bit of kindness, respect and patience. I hate to sound repetitive but not company that Ive known will go over your house and not charge you for it,honestly and kindness will take you a long way”” that some thing most people lack of it now and days. The service was beyond compare. Down efficiently and professionally. We have used Air Tech and the owner Christian in the past. We cannot recommend highly enough.
