Description of Work: David spoke with me about the appointment before he showed up and we emailed back and forth to confirm the price. He charged me exactly what we agreed upon and preformed a very thorough inspection and report of the home. He sat down with me after the inspection and gave his professional advice and advised me on the various issues with the home.
