 + -1 moreWent great! Ty and his wife Tami arrived as scheduled for measuring & had a written quote delivered to me via email the same day. They answered all questions, provided us a realistic time line of events and attended to issues/questions right away. We had about 3 deep scratches that are no longer visible and the wood they installed to replace carpet in our den matches the existing dining room PERFECTLY. The only issue occurred at the final step, when the trim was applied. The installer of this trim was very sloppy and the quality was not in par with actual sanding and staining we saw. My husband called and left a message around 5pm and by 6pm, Ty personally came to the house to view and had the installer back out the next day and apologized. He responded very quickly and professionally Would diffidently recommend and use in the future!
Description of Work: Sand & refinish existing hardwood floors throught lower level as well as remove carpet from den and install & finsih wood to match existing hardwood.

They were very personable, it's a small company so you work directly with the owner, he listens to what I wanted and knew what I was talking about when I explained what I wanted and he were able to give me some samples and they did exactly what I wanted, it was beautiful.
Description of Work: Adams Floor Company installed some hardwood flooring for us. They did hardwood and carpet.
