Very well. Very courteous. Took care of a couple of ant mounds he saw. Treated the garage for spiders. Very reasonable price. Am contracting with AA Wildlife for regular insect treatments

I noticed 4 baby squirrels playing on our roof. I called AA wildlife and reached Shawn. He set the traps and the mother squirrel was trapped that evening. The traps were reset and the babies were caught. Shawn sprayed and repaired the hole. He also did an inspection of our attic. I was pleased with the results and would call him again.

Rick was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic to work. The overall experience was great from start to finish. Rick came out and met with us. He went into our attic and confirmed where the squirrels were going in and out. He then set up the initial trap with bait and would stop by on a daily basis to follow up (e.g. make trap adjustments if needed, remove caught squirrels, reset the trap with bait, etc.). We also had the option to call as soon as we noticed that an animal was in the trap (Rick was extremely responsive). Rick was also great with our children and provided a little education about the animals. Once he confirmed that all the squirrels were out of our attic, he repaired the damage and closed up the entry / exit point (there is a one year warranty on the exclusion service, but we feel very assured that the next family of squirrels will never be entering via that area again). The cost included $99 for the initial trap setup + $45 per animal caught + $180 to repair the damage - minus a $10 Angies List discount. We would never hesitate to call AA Wildlife again (if there is ever a need).

After the initial spray and dust I waited for a few days for the hornets to completely leave. They didn't. I called Shawn the following Wed. He said he would come back. He didn't. I called again, he said he had been out of "dust", but he would be back early Friday a.m. Today is Saturday 9-5-09. No phone call....no Show for Shawn....nothing! Hornets are still here. Calling a Professional.

Don't buy what this company says about being "humane." I watched their truck with the "live, humane" on the logo go down Providence Road with a baby possum in a tiny cage thrown on top of a heap of junk in the back of the trunk. The cage had clearly been tossed there carelessly with the animal in it and was hanging precariously off near the side of the truck. The poor thing was partially upside down with no way to turn around and clearly terrified and hanging on for dear life. If the driver took a turn too fast he would have lost it. The driver was clearly on his way to his next job because he turned into an upscale neighborhood. Who knows how long the poor thing sat there baking in the sun. I would never use this service.

Very good. All the yellow jackets/wasps were not gone in 36 hours and Shawn said to call him and he would return. He did. This evening (8/6/09) some wasps are hanging around but not like before. If they are not entirely gone by Saturday I will call Shawn again. Shawn was a bit inpatient on the phone when I explained wasps were still around the nest.

Their price was reasonable. The person who came was very nice and took his time. He explained how to get rid of the mice. He was professional and the quality of his work was good.

Great. They were able to come out same day, which I really appreciated since my husband caught a mouse the day before. They came out the same day I called, and were quick and efficient. I didn't ask for an estimate, I just wanted something done. But the cost was reasonable to me.

AA wildlife set traps to remove squirrels from our home. they were prompt, courteous and professional in their service and their price was very good compared to some others companies. we would definitely use them again.

This was not a good experience. Although the company responded very promptly to our initial call for assistance, and did a good job of picking up animals as they were caught, I feel there is a bit of a scam going on here. In addition to the traps for raccoons, they set up traps for squirrels, even though the squirrels were not the problem. When asked why they were setting up the smaller cages, they said it was standard procedure to do this. In any case, at the end of it all, they caught three raccoons, and two to three squirrels (I will explain this discrepancy in quantity in a moment). Because they charge $45 per animal, it of course benefits them to set out squirrel cages, as squirrels are abundant in this area. My property manager counted three raccoons and two squirrels caught in total. When I called about the discrepancy, since the invoice said three squirrels, Shawn said that the additional squirrel was caught when no one was home at the time, and I just need to believe that that happened. When I asked if there was any written documentation about what animals were caught, he said the only written proof he can give me is the invoice. I just have to trust him because he has so much experience in the business. Now, in the end, the actual count wasn't as important as the documentation for me. It's not even that I don't believe he caught three. It just seems that there needs to be some other form of validation, otherwise this process can be abused. And this discussion was all over squirrels, which weren't even the reason we called in the first place. Finally, I need to comment on Shawn's attitude and response over the phone. In my attempt to understand and discover a process for validation, Shawn became very defensive, kept re-iterating his years of experience and good reviews here on Angies List, and simply began yelling into the phone. At that point I knew the discussion was over. I will never use this company again.

They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves.

Responsive to the phone call to get started. Gave Angie's discount. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will use again, if necessary.

I felt the price was excessive for what they did. They were able to get rid of the mice. We had to call them back out because the bats then hid in our shutters on our house. The company did come back out to install materials behind the shutters and when the bats moved, they decided to go to the shutters by my front door. Because of their prices, I have not had them out again. I'm not sure if I would call them again.

We have been very pleased and plan to have Rick do the work to keep the squirrels out. Rick is very knowledgeable about these animals and tries to be as humane as possible. I chose AA Wildlife because of this and the fact they work to prevent animal reentry.

Very well. They seem to have captured all of the squirrels...we can sleep at night again.

I have only used them once so far butI will be having them come back out, they did a good job. They let me know if I should keep my pets indoors and they did the work for a very fair price.

Had some animals in the attic that I assumed were squirrels because The mouse poison did not stop the noise. I would give the company praise that they were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. My one gripe was that we set the appointment for 9am and the rep didn't show up until almost noon. When I called him at 10am, he informed me then that by law he has to pick up the trapped animals prior to making any calls. I wish I had known that before as I would have made the appointment for the afternoon. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) for me, the rep determined that the problem was actual mice or rats, so the poison was the only solution at this point. So he did the right thing by not setting traps to catch squirrels that I would have to pay for that actually weren't living in my attic. He was certainly examining all aspects of my house and sharing plenty of information, I just don't have a problem. Since I paid the initial visit price, if I have any problems in the next year, they will set traps free of charge, so that is reassuring.

After experiencing a bat in the house I called Shawn and he came out on a Sunday to investigate the issue. I had bats in the attic. He put up a one way screen on the vent and sealed the siding on that side of the house. He also came back and observed after the work was done.

They were timely and responded quickly. Hey took care of it and were very professional.

He was very knowledgeable and has a degree in this field. They knew to be very careful about the bat guano. He is so trustworthy. He explained everything and waited to spray for the bats due to the moisture. The next day it was too windy and he couldn't do it then. I was so impressed with his honesty. He came back twice and didn't charge me for the trips. He takes his time and knows what he is talking about.

They made many trips on a daily or every-other day schedule charging for each animal trapped, not for the visit. Staff was friendly and professional.

It took approximately 2 weeks to remove animals and patch house. They were professional and you did not even know they were there.

It was $99 for the service call and $45 each time an animal was caught, and they had to come out to reset the traps. It was a good experience. They were very prompt and responsive. They took care of the problem within a few days. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Sean Irish was so agreeable. He repaired the holes where the squirrels came in. He told us ways to prevent this to happen in the future. I would recommend him.
