Description of Work: Originally called the number on the website. Owner answered and promised to come out the next morning. He did not show up so I called him and he admitted that he had forgotten (was not very professional). He then had one of his service techs call me - Steve. Steve was great to deal with. Despite is being his day off, he came right out and diagnosed our bat problem. He carefully explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate on the spot. He then followed up as promised. No more bats! If not for Steve, would never recommend these guys

Description of Work: We had bats living in our attic area. AA Wildlife came out and inspected inside and outside and developed an action plan to remove the bats and neutralize the droppings that were in the walls and attic. The project was delayed due to bad weather but the work was completed and we no longer see bats coming in and out of our house. we would definitely recommend AA Wildlife.

Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous and professional. We had received a quote from Orkin to do the same work, and Orkin was quoting 6X the price!! We were at a loss, and found AA Wildlife. They did the same work for us and now we are free of the bats, and have the insulation we need. Orkin was going to take advantage of our situation; AA Wildlife did not.

Description of Work: I called them to remove squirrels from my attic at my rental home. It took them about three and 1/2 months to do the job. They would put a trap and never come back to check it. My renters had to call them constantly to come get a dead squirrel that they left rotting in the sun for weeks. They caught only 1 squirrel and then claim they caught 4 which my renter and I know was clearly not true. After about 10 calls to them to please come and finish the job they finally came out and patched the hole. But of course they wanted there money right away after I had to wait almost 4 months waiting for them to come do a easy job.

We were sorry read the review from [Member name removed]. After closely reading and considering what was written we feel that it is important to comment and or at least make the obvious facts about this job clear. [Member name removed]states dates and information that are not correct. After the initial call to go out to the property, which is a rental property owned by [Member name removed], we dealt directly with the tenant [Personal Identifying Information Removed]. It has become evident [Member name removed] must not have been communicating with the tenant nor us because his facts are incorrect, but our documents of the permit date, invoice date and his check date received are correct. Our records show we started the job on April 2, 2015 where upon we issued a state required permit in order to trap nuisance wildlife at the property. Our typical permit dates range from 3 to 5 weeks which is based on the average time frame it takes to trap squirrels at residences with squirrel problems. On any average squirrel job there are usually 2 to 5 squirrels trapped. We trapped squirrels at the residence and when the technician felt was time to close out the job and do the repairs and exclusion work. It was at this time the tenant requested us to continue trapping she said she was still hearing things and we respectfully trapped longer to ease her concerns, trapping ended 7 weeks and then repair work. We finished the repair work and submitted her the invoice on May 28, 2015. It was exactly 8 weeks from initially start date. Still in within the time frame of most squirrel jobs. Yet [Member name removed] claims in his review it took 3 1/2 months (12.5 weeks) which is 4 weeks longer than our records show. The dates speaks for themselves. The tenant was given the invoice to give to the[Member name removed]. [Member name removed] was later sent a scanned original invoice email which had the completion date. We take our calls from customers very seriously and would never let someone call 10 times without addressing their concerns or issues. Once again an exaggeration. The Check we received from [Member name removed] was dated July 3, 2015, 4 weeks after the completion of the job. Once again the facts speak for themselves. If [Member name removed] had any concerns with the process of or the number of squirrels we would have been glad to address them with him. The time frame nor number of squirrel was not out of the ordinary for our company. Frankly we are baffled by his review with incorrect information.

Description of Work: I had bats in the attic and Mr. Shawn Irish confirmed the presence of bats and proceeded to install metal mesh on the openings and will return in Sept to complete getting rid of them. He also trapped (2) raccoons that were getting into the bird feeders. He then cleaned leaves from the gutters and installed covering on the gutters to prevent the leaves from clogging them again.

Description of Work: Punctual, Shawn Irish came to give an estimate. He offered to perform the work at that time since there were no baby bats present. We happily agreed. He removed 14 bats from the gable vents, installed new heavy duty screens on the outside of the vents to prevent re-entry. He removed a hornet's nest to get to one of the vents. He sprayed to sanitize the bat droppings for cleanup. We were pleased with his work and would recommend him.

I WASN'T ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO GET RID OF THESE THINGS ON MY OWN. THEY WERE GOING ONTO THE ROOF AND GETTING IN THE WALLS TO MAKE A NEST, AND HAD CHEWED THROUGH TWO BOARDS AND AN UNDER HANG, TWICE. SHAWN WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH! HE WAS ABLE TO PUT A TRAP NEAR THE SPOT THEY WERE GETTING IN, AND TRAPPED 13 SQUIRRELS. HE GOT RID OF THE PROBLEM, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN! THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY INITIAL CALL, AND TOOK GREAT PAINS TO FIND OUT WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE GETTING IN. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME INSPECTING THE ROOF AND EAVES, BOTH VISUALLY FROM THE GROUND AND BY USING AN EXTENSION LADDER. THEY RESPONDED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF MY CALL TO REMOVE THE TRAPPED SQUIRREL, EVEN GIVEN THAT IT WAS ON A HOLIDAY. WE STILL HAVE TRAPS ON THE ROOF IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO MORE TO BE CAUGHT, SO NOT ALL WORK HAS YET BEEN COMPLETED, BUT I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED THUS FAR. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL YET, AS WORK STILL REMAINS. THEY DO NOT BILL UNTIL ALL ANIMALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND THE DAMAGE REPAIRED, BUT QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $89 TO COVER THE INSPECTION, TRAP PLACEMENT, AND FINAL REPAIRS; PLUS A COST OF $40 FOR EACH CALL TO REMOVE TRAPPED ANIMALS AND RE-SET THE TRAPS.
Description of Work: PUT UP TRAPS TO REMOVE SQUIRRELS THAT ARE/WERE CAUSING DAMAGE IN OUR ATTIC. INSPECTED THE ATTIC TO DETERMINE IT WAS INDEED SQUIRRELS THAT I WAS HEARING IN THERE, AND TO DETERMINE WHERE THEY WERE ENTERING. INSPECTED OUTSIDE OF HOUSE, ALSO, TO DETERMINE WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE GETTING IN. PUT TRAPS ON ROOFTOP NEAR POINT OF ENTRY, AND HAVE COME TO REMOVE ONE TRAPPED SQUIRREL THUS FAR. THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR/BLOCK THE POINT OF ENTRY ONCE IT IS DETERMINED THAT ALL SQUIRRELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
